{"id":11865,"date":"2009-12-20T21:39:53","date_gmt":"2009-12-20T19:39:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/?p=11865"},"modified":"2009-12-20T21:39:53","modified_gmt":"2009-12-20T19:39:53","slug":"fete-des-saveurs-a-villard-de-lans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/2009\/12\/20\/fete-des-saveurs-a-villard-de-lans\/","title":{"rendered":"F\u00eate des saveurs \u00e0 Villard-de-Lans"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La premi\u00e8re f\u00eate des saveurs qui s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e \u00e0 Villard-de-Lans a eu deux invit\u00e9s surprise: la neige et le froid, surtout le samedi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Cela n&rsquo;a pas emp\u00each\u00e9 cette manifestation, organis\u00e9e conjointement par l&rsquo;office de tourisme et l&rsquo;union des commer\u00e7ants, de se d\u00e9rouler dans de bonnes conditions et surtout dans une bonne ambiance. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"saveur 12\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/saveur-12.jpg\" alt=\"saveur 12\" width=\"594\" height=\"382\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Malgr\u00e9 le froid, la d\u00e9gustation dans les rues a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but des hostilit\u00e9s, samedi apr\u00e8s midi, les courageux visiteurs ont pu se lancer \u00e0 l&rsquo; assaut des produits de la ferme Vercors, les d\u00e9couvrir, les d\u00e9guster de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s conviviale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Comment tous les citer mais outre le Bleu et les noix dont la promotion \u00e9tait assur\u00e9e par leurs confr\u00e9ries respectives, on a appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 les caillettes, charcuteries, ravioles, produits \u00e0 base de truites&#8230;.sans oublier le vin, la Clairette de Die&#8230;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les conf\u00e9rences de Jean Guibal, conservateur en chef du patrimoine de l&rsquo;Is\u00e8re \u00e9voquant la relation entre\u00a0 le patrimoine et les produits du terroir, de Lydia Chabert Dallix et Odile Goujon, journalistes, qui ont \u00e9voqu\u00e9 \u00ab La Table du Vercors au fil des si\u00e8cles \u00bb ont compl\u00e9t\u00e9 cette journ\u00e9e avec comme grand t\u00e9moin le p\u00e9tillant humoriste local et amateur de bonne ch\u00e8re: Serge Papagalli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"saveur 2\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/saveur-2.jpg\" alt=\"saveur 2\" width=\"594\" height=\"484\" \/><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <em>Les intronisations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 le fil conducteur de cette f\u00eate. Ici\u00a0 Guy Chenevier, patron du h\u00e9risson aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de son parrain: Bruno de Montal.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nous ne passerons pas sous silence les intronisations de Jean Guibal, Gilles Balesta, g\u00e9rant de centres de vacances et de J\u00e9r\u00f4me Faure, chef \u00e9toil\u00e9 qui ont jur\u00e9 fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 au Bleu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Un sacr\u00e9 dimanche!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Par chance, le soleil s&rsquo;est invit\u00e9, une bonne partie de la journ\u00e9e \u00e0 la f\u00eate le dimanche. Cela a permis \u00e0 la f\u00eate de se d\u00e9rouler \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Les confr\u00e9ries, de la noix de Grenoble et du Bleu du Vercors Sassenage, pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9es par la troupe des \u00ab\u00a0fet&rsquo;art Sassenageois\u00a0\u00bb de partir \u00e0 l&rsquo;assaut des rues de Villard avec comme mission de faire d\u00e9guster un maximum de Bleu et de noix. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"saveur 5\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/saveur-5.jpg\" alt=\"saveur 5\" width=\"594\" height=\"493\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Le rythme a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9 par la troupe\u00a0\u00bb f\u00eat&rsquo;ard\u00a0\u00bb de Sassenage.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Au cours de cette journ\u00e9e, on aura appris, de la bouche de Christelle Hustache, animatrice au SIVER que le Syndicat du Bleu du Vercors Sassenage\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0ne pouvait louper cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement. Pour ce, on fait d\u00e9guster du Bleu chaud, beaucoup ne le connaissent pas et les producteurs eux-m\u00eames organiseront le soir une Vercouline g\u00e9ante.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Au niveau de la noix, Bruno de Montal, grand Ma\u00eetre, justifie\u00a0 la pr\u00e9sence de la Confr\u00e9rie\u00a0 afin\u00a0 montrer\u00a0 les qualit\u00e9s nutritionnelles de la noix et de dire aux gens que la noix est excellente pour la sant\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Philippe Thiault son pendant pour le Bleu: \u00ab\u00a0Notre pr\u00e9sence est indispensable. Nous assurons la promotion du Bleu et nous faisons en sorte que les touristes soient les ambassadeurs du bleu chez eux.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Au cours de cette journ\u00e9e, Annie Crouzet, ma\u00eetre sommelier a prouv\u00e9 que le mariage fromage vin ne passe pas obligatoirement par un vin rouge tr\u00e8s tanique, \u00ab\u00a0contrairement aux id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues. Un vin blanc par exemple\u00a0 peut tr\u00e8s bien se marier avec le fromage.\u00a0\u00bb Et pour anecdote, elle a qualifi\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0d&rsquo;h\u00e9r\u00e9sie\u00a0\u00bb de marier un foie gras avec un vin liquoreux! Nous sommes nombreux \u00e0 lui donner raison et tentez un bon vin rouge, vous nous en donnerez des nouvelles (NDLR).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bien\u00a0 entendu, les confr\u00e9ries de la noix et du Bleu ont adoub\u00e9 plusieurs personnes: Guy Chenevier, patron du magasin le H\u00e9risson et Evelyne Mancret, alliance fran\u00e7aise de Grenoble, l&rsquo;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 au titre de la noix de Grenoble. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11867\" title=\"saveurs 11\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/saveurs-111.jpg\" alt=\"saveurs 11\" width=\"594\" height=\"446\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Popeye tout surpris de son intronisation au sein de la confr\u00e9rie du bleu du Vercors Sassenage. Avec son parrain, Jean Claude Collard, ils forment une sacr\u00e9e \u00e9quipe.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Jacques Chassagne, commer\u00e7ant et surtout Franck Gautier, dit Popeye, pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;union des commer\u00e7ants et Dominique Vassal, directeur de l&rsquo;office du tourisme de Villard-de-Lans ont pour leur part jur\u00e9 fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 au bleu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11868\" title=\"saveur 10\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/saveur-10.jpg\" alt=\"saveur 10\" width=\"594\" height=\"421\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Dominique Vassal, directeur de l&rsquo;office du tourisme de Villard-de-Lans a \u00e9t\u00e9 la cheville ouvri\u00e8re de cette premi\u00e8re f\u00eate. C&rsquo;est \u00e9galement un ardent d\u00e9fenseur des produits du Vercors, dont le Bleu. Il est ici aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d&rsquo;Evelyne Mancret qui appr\u00e9cie le bleu mais \u00e9galement les noix. Les voici d\u00e9sormais grands d\u00e9fenseurs de nos deux AOC.<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Concours de plats tr\u00e8s original.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les organisateurs de cette premi\u00e8re f\u00eate des saveurs ont eu une id\u00e9e originale: un concours de plats \u00e0 base de produits du Vercors. Cinq concurrents ont travaill\u00e9 sur le sujet. Les d\u00e9partager n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 chose simple. Cependant un palmar\u00e8s a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1: Sylvie Pascal: duo de la Vernaison sur un lit de petits l\u00e9gumes et ravioles aux noix et picodon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 et premier prix junior: Camille Gauthier: rochers au bleu<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3: Annie Fabita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4: St\u00e9phanie Charles Oddoux<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5: Albert Filotti <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En conclusion, on peut dire que cette f\u00eate s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e dans une ambiance formidable. \u00ab\u00a0Il y a eu quelques rat\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb confessera Popeye,\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0mais on fera mieux la prochaine fois.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <\/p>\n<dt> <\/dt>\n<dt><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il a raison car il faut vraiment que cette f\u00eate se p\u00e9rennise. <\/span><\/dt>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11870\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11870\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-11870\" title=\"saveur 4\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/saveur-44-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Un amical salut \u00e0 Daniel Philibert.
