l&rsquo;Is\u00e8re organisent les 8 et 9 f\u00e9vrier une session de formation intitul\u00e9e: conna\u00eetre les principaux desserts lact\u00e9s et leurs techniques de fabrication.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Celle ci d\u00e9roulera de 9h15 \u00e0 17 h \u00e0 Charantonnay chez Danielle Glasson \u2013 Ferme Auberge des Merisiers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le programme en est le suivant:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1<sup>er<\/sup> jour\u00a0:<br \/>\n&#8211; connaissance des principaux desserts lact\u00e9s et leurs techniques de fabrication (lait ferment\u00e9, empr\u00e9sur\u00e9, entremets aux \u0153ufs, desserts g\u00e9lifi\u00e9s et cr\u00e8mes desserts)<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00e9tapes de fabrication\u00a0:<br \/>\n* mise en \u0153uvre pratique<br \/>\n* connaissance des d\u00e9fauts<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> jour\u00a0:<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00e9tude de la r\u00e9glementation<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00e9tude du mat\u00e9riel et co\u00fbts \u00e9quipements<br \/>\n&#8211; suite de fabrications non r\u00e9alis\u00e9es le premier jour<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> CONDITIONS PRATIQUES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> L\u2019alternance pratique et th\u00e9orie m\u2019a conduite \u00e0 choisir la ferme auberge de Mme Glasson pour r\u00e9aliser ce
