{"id":12517,"date":"2010-01-25T14:29:29","date_gmt":"2010-01-25T12:29:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/?p=12517"},"modified":"2010-01-25T14:29:29","modified_gmt":"2010-01-25T12:29:29","slug":"demain-menu-bio-et-local-pour-3400-collegiens","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/2010\/01\/25\/demain-menu-bio-et-local-pour-3400-collegiens\/","title":{"rendered":"Demain, menu bio et local pour 3400 coll\u00e9giens"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Ce mardi 26 janvier, les 3\u00a0400 coll\u00e9giens des 16 \u00e9tablissements de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration grenobloise, dont les repas sont livr\u00e9s par la cuisine centrale du Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;Is\u00e8re, vont d\u00e9guster un menu uniquement compos\u00e9 avec des produits bios et locaux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Carottes, choux, pommes proviennent d\u2019exploitations du Nord Is\u00e8re, certifi\u00e9es en agriculture biologique. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cultiv\u00e9s sans pesticides, ni engrais chimiques. Le fromage a \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la laiterie du Mont Aiguille, \u00e0 partir de lait AB issu d\u2019exploitations du Tri\u00e8ves. La viande de b\u0153uf provient d\u2019animaux n\u00e9s, \u00e9lev\u00e9s et abattus en Is\u00e8re, qui ont p\u00e2tur\u00e9 les prairies du Voironnais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Une occasion pour les coll\u00e9giens de d\u00e9guster les bons produits de notre agriculture locale et, pour ceux du coll\u00e8ge Louis Lumi\u00e8re \u00e0 Echirolles, de rencontrer des producteurs, de d\u00e9couvrir leurs modes de production, de faire le lien entre les activit\u00e9s agricoles qui marquent le paysage environnant et les aliments qui arrivent dans leur assiette.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement s\u2019inscrit plus largement dans l\u2019op\u00e9ration initi\u00e9e en 2001 par le Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Manger bio et autrement \u00e0 la cantine\u00a0\u00bb. Elle vise \u00e0 favoriser l\u2019\u00e9ducation nutritionnelle des jeunes en leur proposant une alimentation de qualit\u00e9, issue d\u2019une agriculture respectueuse de l\u2019environnement, et \u00e0 encourager l\u2019installation d\u2019agriculteurs en AB sur le territoire. Ainsi, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019association regroupant 45 producteurs locaux, 200\u00a0000 repas incluant totalement ou partiellement des produits AB ont pu \u00eatre servis dans les coll\u00e8ges is\u00e9rois en 2008.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">En lien avec les autres collectivit\u00e9s qui souhaitent travailler cette question alimentaire, le Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral entend d\u00e9velopper l\u2019introduction de produits AB, mais aussi de produits locaux de qualit\u00e9, dans la restauration collective, favorisant ainsi une agriculture davantage orient\u00e9e vers les
