L&rsquo;entr\u00e9e est libre.<\/p>\n<p>Alain Pommart vit avec sa famille \u00e0 Villeneuve d&rsquo;Uriage, pr\u00e8s de Grenoble. Son m\u00e9tier est peu banal puisqu&rsquo;il est boulanger-paysan. Il travaille depuis vingt ans en biodynamie et fabrique un pain d&rsquo;une rare qualit\u00e9. Ce pain obtenu est le fruit d&rsquo;un complexe et long travail o\u00f9 le boulanger-paysan, tel un funambule sur un fil, est en \u00e9quilibre avec de multiples \u00e9l\u00e9ments : le travail du champ, les semailles, la moisson, le stockage du grain, la mouture au moulin, le vieillissement de la farine, le m\u00e9lange des diff\u00e9rentes farines, le travail du levain, le p\u00e9trissage, la mise en boule, l&rsquo;allumage du four \u00e0 bois, la mise au four&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Le film \u00ab\u00a0Rencontre avec un boulanger-paysan\u00a0\u00bb montre en d\u00e9tails toutes ces \u00e9tapes.
