Le lyc\u00e9e Pierre Terrail, \u00e0  Pontcharra (Is\u00e8re) qui a 900 \u00e9l\u00e8ves dont 720 demi-pensionnaires, en fait partie. Jean-Jack Queyranne, pr\u00e9sident du Conseil r\u00e9gional Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes, s&rsquo;y est rendu r\u00e9cemment (le 17 d\u00e9cembre). En Is\u00e8re, le LEGTA de Vienne-Seyssuel a \u00e9galement adopt\u00e9 cette d\u00e9marche.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/legumes.jpg\" alt=\"legumes.jpg\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Comment \u00e7a marche?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un \u00e9tat des lieux dans chaque \u00e9tablissement, des menus enti\u00e8rement bio sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement propos\u00e9s aux lyc\u00e9ens ainsi que des produits (pain, yaourts, fruits\u2026) au quotidien. La R\u00e9gion Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes, qui a initi\u00e9 ce projet, verse 80 centimes d&rsquo;euro par repas bio propos\u00e9 aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Cette aide prend en charge le surco\u00fbt entra\u00een\u00e9 par l&rsquo;achat de ces produits, souvent plus chers.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Les plateaux repas ont ainsi pu s&rsquo;enrichir de pain au levain, de fruits et de yaourts bio. Les lyc\u00e9ens interrog\u00e9s se d\u00e9clarent globalement tr\u00e8s satisfaits et ont une meilleure id\u00e9e de ce que leurs comportements alimentaires peuvent produire sur l&rsquo;environnement. Le pain bio remporte tous les suffrages. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves laissent beaucoup moins de nourriture dans leurs assiettes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En 2006, 30 000 repas bio ou contenant un produit bio dans les onze lyc\u00e9es pilotes. Globalement, cette premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 positive et tous les lyc\u00e9es engag\u00e9s dans la d\u00e9marche ont souhait\u00e9 poursuivre l&rsquo;aventure. La campagne 2007 a s\u00e9duit 9 nouveaux lyc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Actions de sensibilisation<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019action r\u00e9gionale ne s\u2019est pas seulement limit\u00e9e \u00e0 une aide financi\u00e8re. En effet, la R\u00e9gion a accompagn\u00e9 les \u00e9tablissements dans la recherche et la s\u00e9curisation de l\u2019offre en produits (conditionnement, volumes\u2026), dans la sensibilisation des cuisiniers et gestionnaires au travail avec des aliments bio (achats, \u00e9laboration des menus..) et enfin dans le soutien aux \u00e9quipes p\u00e9dagogiques pour la mise en place d\u2019actions d\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l\u2019environnement et \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation.<br \/>\nL\u2019objectif principal de ce plan d\u2019action est de d\u00e9velopper l\u2019offre de repas de qualit\u00e9 dans les cantines.
