Si cette augmentation est mesur\u00e9e, elle reste contrast\u00e9e. Les produits \u00ab 1er prix \u00bb constituent la premi\u00e8re cible pour les distributeurs.<\/p>\n<p>Les prix \u00e9voluent diff\u00e9remment selon :<br \/>\n-le type d\u2019enseigne : les hausses sont plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans les hypermarch\u00e9s (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 8 % d\u2019augmentation pour les produits \u00ab 1er prix \u00bb) que dans les supermarch\u00e9s.<br \/>\n-le d\u00e9partement : le Finist\u00e8re est le d\u00e9partement o\u00f9 les prix des panels sont les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Le Nord se distingue sur le panel \u00ab 1er prix \u00bb avec un prix moyen largement sup\u00e9rieur aux autres d\u00e9partements. Les \u00e9carts entre d\u00e9partements se creusent depuis 2006. Sur le panel \u00ab marques de distributeurs \u00bb, une diff\u00e9rence de plus de 40 \u20ac est constat\u00e9e entre les d\u00e9partements. Le prix moyen du panel \u00ab grandes marques \u00bb varie d\u2019environ 26 \u20ac entre le Finist\u00e8re et les Landes. 18 d\u00e9partements se situent dans une fourchette de prix de 12 euros : entre 155 et 167 \u20ac. L&rsquo;Is\u00e8re et la Dr\u00f4me se situent parmi les d\u00e9partements les plus chers, dans ce domaine, avec respectivement 173,57 \u20ac et 171,81\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les famille modestes sont les plus touch\u00e9es<\/strong><br \/>\nLes produits MDD -marques de distributeurs- (entre 2 et 4 % d\u2019augmentation en 2007) et \u00ab 1er prix \u00bb ( jusqu\u2019\u00e0 8 % d\u2019augmentation en 2007) vendus dans les hypermarch\u00e9s tirent l\u2019\u00e9volution des prix vers le haut. Les familles modestes, nombreuses, fragiles sont les premi\u00e8res touch\u00e9es. Ce constat est renforc\u00e9 par deux observations :<br \/>\n-la hausse annonc\u00e9e des produits laitiers s\u2019est r\u00e9percut\u00e9e, en premier lieu, sur les produits laitiers \u00ab 1er prix \u00bb (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 + 6%).<br \/>\n-l\u2019augmentation des cours du bl\u00e9 s\u2019est traduit en 2007 par des hausses du prix des p\u00e2tes, surtout sur les p\u00e2tes \u00ab 1er prix \u00bb ( entre 6 et 27 %).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>L\u2019Observatoire montre que les consommateurs les plus pauvres, qui ach\u00e8tent des produits \u00ab 1er prix \u00bb ou MDD, connaissent en priorit\u00e9 une d\u00e9gradation de leur pouvoir d\u2019achat.
