Dans toutes les recettes propos\u00e9es, les produits fermiers du Vercors sont mis en avant et mari\u00e9s de la plus belle fa\u00e7on qui soit : les in\u00e9vitables fromages de vaches, de ch\u00e8vre et de brebis, les noix de Grenoble, la Clairette de Die, mais aussi le miel de nos montagnes, la lavande du Diois ou les truites des eaux froides du Vercors. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Suite \u00e0 ce travail, un livre \u00ab\u00a0Cuisiner le Vercors\u00a0\u00bb vient de para\u00eetre. Une cassolette d\u2019escargot \u00e0 l\u2019ail des ours, des roul\u00e9s de truite fum\u00e9e au ch\u00e8vre frais, un souffl\u00e9 au Bleu et aux noix, ou encore une cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e \u00e0 la Clairette de Die et \u00e0 la nougatine sont quelques exemples qui vous mettront l\u2019eau \u00e0 la bouche !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ces recettes sont une v\u00e9ritable invitation \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir la richesse du Vercors et de son agriculture.<br \/>\nAlors laissez-vous tenter par ces petits plats faciles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, le go\u00fbt unique des produits du
