Jean-Robert Pitte (pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Paris IV), pr\u00e9sident de la mission UNESCO sur le patrimoine gastronomique fran\u00e7ais.<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9union se d\u00e9roulera en pr\u00e9sence de MM. Guy Savoy (chef trois \u00e9toiles),  Jean-Claude Ribaud (chroniqueur gastronomique au journal Le Monde),  Francis Chevrier (directeur de l\u2019IEHCA) et de Mme Marion Zalay, (directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019INAO).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A\u00a0 l\u2019occasion de l&rsquo;
