Lors d\u2019une transmission partielle, l\u2019exploitant c\u00e8de une partie de son exploitation (du terrain et\/ou du b\u00e2ti) tout en maintenant son activit\u00e9 d\u2019agriculteur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Une nouvelle fa\u00e7on d\u2019envisager la transmission agricole.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ce type de transmission peut \u00eatre une solution pour faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s au foncier avec un projet o\u00f9 c\u00e9dant et candidat y trouvent chacun leur compte.
\nPour le c\u00e9dant cela peut permettre de valoriser un bien, d\u00e9velopper l\u2019entraide, ou passer le relais progressivement.
\nPour le candidat c\u2019est une opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un peu de foncier permettant de mettre en oeuvre son projet d\u2019installation.<\/span><\/p>\n

En effet les projets peu consommateurs d\u2019espace sont de plus en plus nombreux (petits \u00e9levages, mara\u00eechage, arboriculture, apiculture, etc.) mais l\u2019acc\u00e8s au foncier reste un frein.<\/span><\/p>\n

Une matin\u00e9e d\u2019information, de t\u00e9moignages et d\u2019\u00e9changes bas\u00e9e sur 2 cas concrets.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Sur le Tri\u00e8ves : un exploitant en ovins de 56 ans a c\u00e9d\u00e9 une maison et des b\u00e2timents de stockage \u00e0 la vente avec 7 ha en location, permettant une installation en volailles AB.
\nSur le Voironnais : un \u00e9leveur de bovins de 64 ans a un projet de vente d\u2019un b\u00e2timent agricole avec 11 ha en location, pour une installation en plantes aromatiques et m\u00e9dicinales.
\nCette matin\u00e9e est \u00e0 destination des candidats \u00e0 l\u2019installation, des agriculteurs r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants \u00e0 l\u2019avenir de leur exploitation et des \u00e9lus int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par les probl\u00e9matiques agricoles.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les objectifs sont de :
\n– pr\u00e9senter une forme de transmission \u00ab atypique \u00bb mais qui permet de faciliter des installations,
\n-comprendre les avantages de ce type de transmission pour les c\u00e9dants et les candidats,
\n– appr\u00e9hender les freins qui peuvent exister,
\n– informer sur les aides financi\u00e8res mobilisables pour ces transmissions.
\nA l\u2019heure o\u00f9 le foncier agricole est de plus en plus difficile \u00e0 trouver pour des porteurs de projet qui souhaitent s\u2019installer hors du cadre familial, ces initiatives m\u00e9ritent d\u2019\u00eatre mises en lumi\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n
