{"id":18678,"date":"2010-10-28T22:33:01","date_gmt":"2010-10-28T20:33:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/?p=18678"},"modified":"2010-10-28T22:33:01","modified_gmt":"2010-10-28T20:33:01","slug":"a-force-dattendre-le-decret-44-tonnes-ca-devient-lourd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/2010\/10\/28\/a-force-dattendre-le-decret-44-tonnes-ca-devient-lourd\/","title":{"rendered":"A force d\u2019attendre le d\u00e9cret 44 tonnes, \u00e7a devient lourd !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le 30 avril dernier, le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique annon\u00e7ait que les v\u00e9hicules de transport routier d\u2019un poids total roulant de 44 tonnes seraient autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 circuler pour le transport des produits agricoles et agro-alimentaires.<br \/>\nCette d\u00e9cision du chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat s\u2019inscrivait dans une triple volont\u00e9 :<br \/>\n&#8211; d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des exploitations agricoles, des industries agro-alimentaires et des entreprises de transport routier dans un contexte de concurrence internationale,<br \/>\n&#8211; de se rapprocher du v\u00e9hicule europ\u00e9en et des conditions de circulation dans l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne,<br \/>\n&#8211; de r\u00e9duire significativement le nombre de trafics sur les routes et la consommation de carburant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6 mois apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9cision prise au sommet de l\u2019Etat, la FNSEA et la FNTR ne comprennent pas que les textes r\u00e9glementaires d\u2019application ne soient toujours pas parus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Elles regrettent les atermoiements des minist\u00e8res concern\u00e9s par la mise en oeuvre de cette disposition, au premier rang desquels le nombre d\u2019essieux des ensembles routiers et la liste des produits transport\u00e9s.<br \/>\nR\u00e9server la circulation \u00e0 44 tonnes aux seuls 6 essieux reviendrait \u00e0 d\u00e9naturer la d\u00e9cision pr\u00e9sidentielle puisque les entreprises nationales resteraient p\u00e9nalis\u00e9es face \u00e0 leurs concurrents europ\u00e9ens : en effet aucun pays ayant autoris\u00e9 le 44 tonnes ne le lie avec l\u2019exigence de 6 essieux, \u00e0 l\u2019exception du Royaume-Uni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sur la liste des produits, et conform\u00e9ment aux objectifs affich\u00e9s, la FNSEA et la FNTR entendent que tous les produits agricoles et agro-alimentaires soient inclus dans l\u2019autorisation du 44 tonnes : inventer une liste limitative et cibl\u00e9e alourdirait le dispositif, rendrait son application complexe et en d\u00e9finitive la disposition inop\u00e9rante.<br \/>\nLa FNSEA et la FNTR entendent s\u2019engager pleinement dans la mise en oeuvre du 44 tonnes pour les produits agricoles et agro-alimentaires. Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019un test dont la r\u00e9ussite conditionne la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation progressive \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des secteurs \u00e9conomiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Communiqu\u00e9 de la FNSEA.<\/em><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>A propos de la FNTR :<\/strong><br \/>\nLa FNTR est l\u2019organisation leader du transport routier de marchandises. Elle rassemble, avec 12 500 entreprises, les 2\/3 des entreprises de transport adh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 une organisation professionnelle. Elle accueille des entreprises de toutes tailles et de toutes sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s, aux activit\u00e9s diversifi\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">A propos de la FNSEA :<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">La FNSEA est le principal syndicat agricole en France. Il rassemble 94 F\u00e9d\u00e9rations D\u00e9partementales, 22 F\u00e9d\u00e9rations R\u00e9gionales et 36 Associations Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es. 320 000 agriculteurs y sont adh\u00e9rents.
