Un partenariat efficace car sous la responsabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo; Isabelle Legaillon, professeur de lettres allemandes et Christian Grandjean professeur dans le domaine service de stages, des \u00e9changes se sont mis en place.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">12 \u00e9l\u00e8ves, filles et gar\u00e7ons d&rsquo;Essen sont actuellement, et pour trois semaines en stage au lyc\u00e9e h\u00f4telier du Clos d&rsquo;or. Durant la premi\u00e8re semaine, ils sont rest\u00e9s sur Grenoble, ont d\u00e9couvert le lyc\u00e9e, son mode de fonctionnement, la capitale des Alpes . <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Les quinze jours suivants ils seront en entreprise. Dans des restaurants situ\u00e9s dans le bassin Grenoblois. Afin de faciliter leur int\u00e9gration, ils feront se stage en bin\u00f4me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Il est \u00e0 noter que la diff\u00e9rence d&rsquo;apprentissage entre les \u00e9coles h\u00f4teli\u00e8res fran\u00e7aises et allemandes se situent au niveau de la pratique. En France, th\u00e9orie et pratique sont dispens\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole m\u00eame. En Allemagne, la th\u00e9orie s&rsquo;apprend dans l&rsquo;enceinte de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole mais la pratique se fait en entreprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Afin de mieux leur faire conna\u00eetre notre territoire, notre terroir, un apr\u00e8s midi d\u00e9couverte des produits locaux, avec d\u00e9gustation a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e. Les 12 stagiaires, leurs accompagnateurs ont donc pu d\u00e9guster des mets divers tels que\u00a0 charcuteries, fromages, vins, p\u00e2tisseries, et m\u00eame la Chartreuse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20234\" title=\"clos\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/clos1-1.jpg\" alt=\"clos\" width=\"595\" height=\"256\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/clos1-1.jpg 595w, https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/clos1-1-300x129.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 595px) 100vw, 595px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ils ont \u00e9galement pu voir comment la promotion du Bleu du Vercors Sassenage est organis\u00e9e autour de la confr\u00e9rie du Bleu du Vercors sassenage. Celle ci en grande tenue a fait une pr\u00e9sentation du Bleu AOC, distribu\u00e9 des fiches recettes et remis des dipl\u00f4mes&#8230;. dans une ambiance tr\u00e8s d\u00e9tendue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Dans quelques temps, les r\u00f4les seront invers\u00e9s, ce sont nos apprentis \u00ab\u00a0chefs\u00a0\u00bb qui se rendront en
