Nous ne faisons que conclure le travail&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb Bien entendu il a appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la fra\u00eecheur et la qualit\u00e9 des coquilles St Jacques propos\u00e9es \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation lors de la troisi\u00e8me f\u00eate de la coquille St Jacques qui vient de se d\u00e9rouler \u00e0 Villard de Lans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a tout cuisinier amateur&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">C&rsquo;est avec beaucoup de passion qu&rsquo;il nous l&rsquo;a livr\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Noix de saint Jacques po\u00eal\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;unilat\u00e9rale<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">&#8211; s\u00e9cher les noix de St Jacques<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">&#8211; dans une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive faire chauffer de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et une noisette de beurre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">&#8211; poser les noix de coquille St Jacques et les faire cuire 1mn30 sans les retourner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:
