Tous les 6 ans, il est demand\u00e9 aux propri\u00e9taires forestiers priv\u00e9s poss\u00e9dant plus de 4 ha de voter pour leurs repr\u00e9sentants amen\u00e9s \u00e0 si\u00e9ger au sein du conseil du Centre R\u00e9gional de la Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 Foresti\u00e8re en Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes, le CRPF.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s les d\u00e9partements de l\u2019AIN \u2013 l\u2019ARDECHE \u2013 DROME \u2013 ISERE \u2013 LOIRE \u2013\u00a0 RHONE \u2013 SAVOIE et HAUTE SAVOIE.<\/span><\/p>\n

En Rh\u00f4ne- Alpes, 450.000 propri\u00e9taires forestiers g\u00e8rent 1.100.000 ha de for\u00eats (soit les 2\/3 de l\u2019ensemble des for\u00eats)<\/span><\/p>\n

Le CRPF oriente et d\u00e9veloppe la gestion foresti\u00e8re de la for\u00eat priv\u00e9e. Il participe aux actions en milieu rural lorsque la for\u00eat priv\u00e9e est impliqu\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n

Etablissement public, il travaille en liaison avec les organisations professionnelles foresti\u00e8res: syndicats, coop\u00e9ratives, groupements et associations de sylviculteurs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au sein des Chambres de l\u2019Agriculture par ses Conseillers D\u00e9partementaux.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il aide les propri\u00e9taires \u00e0 devenir:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– SYLVICULTEUR <\/span><\/strong>sur les conseils de leurs techniciens, leur intervention technique avec les journ\u00e9es de formation, les placettes de d\u00e9monstration, et les revues \u2013 Le Forestier Priv\u00e9 \u2013 Sylve 38.<\/span><\/p>\n

– \u00a0GESTIONNAIRE<\/strong><\/span> avec l\u2019agr\u00e9ment des Plans Simples de Gestion, \u00e0 l\u2019adh\u00e9sion au Code de Bonnes Pratiques Sylvicoles, \u00e0 l\u2019incitation \u00e0 la certification de la gestion foresti\u00e8re PEFC (Programme Europ\u00e9en des For\u00eats Certifi\u00e9es)<\/span><\/p>\n

– PRODUCTEUR<\/span><\/strong> en s\u2019organisant au travers d\u2019Associations pour leur gestion foresti\u00e8re, pour la r\u00e9alisation de dessertes, pour le regroupement au travers des 8 groupements is\u00e8rois bien connus localement.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ce 07 juin 2011, a eu lieu, dans les locaux de la Pr\u00e9fecture de l\u2019Is\u00e8re, le d\u00e9pouillement du vote d\u00e9partemental pour les conseillers aupr\u00e8s du CRPF.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ce vote a eu lieu par correspondance, il concernait 7.300 propri\u00e9taires poss\u00e9dant 4 ha et plus. <\/span><\/p>\n

1809 propri\u00e9taires se sont exprim\u00e9s soit plus de 24%. 11 bulletins ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invalid\u00e9s et 43 annul\u00e9s pour non-conformit\u00e9. 1755 votants ont confirm\u00e9 leur repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 aux Conseillers postulants \u00e0 savoir\u00a0: Yvonne COING BELLEY titulaire et Daniel BONNET suppl\u00e9ant.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ces deux Conseillers sont honor\u00e9s par la confiance qui leur a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9e, remercient les propri\u00e9taires priv\u00e9s et leur assurent de toujours d\u00e9fendre nos int\u00e9r\u00eats forestiers\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
