Cette contamination avait \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e par des analyses mises en \u0153uvre \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative du fabricant. Des analyses officielles de ces produits ont mis en \u00e9vidence des niveaux de contamination \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;enqu\u00eate de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 a permis de remonter aux mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res utilis\u00e9es pour fabriquer les steaks hach\u00e9s frais contamin\u00e9s. L\u2019ensemble des produits contenant m\u00eame une partie infime de celles-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9 par le fabricant.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Il s\u2019agit de steaks hach\u00e9s surgel\u00e9s \u00e0 marque LEADER PRICE et de viande hach\u00e9e, de merguez et de boulettes de boeuf vendues au rayon frais sous les marques VALTERO, BIF TONIC, BIEN VU, CARREFOUR, CASINO, CHANFRAIS, MAITRE BOUCHER, N1.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Depuis le d\u00e9but de la d\u00e9marche d&rsquo;information des consommateurs, le 21 mars, et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce jour, aucun cas humain, en particulier aucun syndrome h\u00e9molytique et ur\u00e9mique, en lien \u00e0 cette contamination, n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9.<br \/>\nRecommandations aux consommateurs :<br \/>\nLes produits concern\u00e9s ne sont plus en vente.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Pour les produits d\u00e9j\u00e0 achet\u00e9s, l\u2019information figure sur des affichettes appos\u00e9es au niveau des rayons et des caisses des magasins. Ces affichettes permettent d&rsquo;informer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le consommateur sur les produits concern\u00e9s par ce rappel.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En cas de troubles digestifs survenus au maximum dans les 10 jours apr\u00e8s consommation des produits faisant l&rsquo;objet du rappel en cours, il est recommand\u00e9 de consulter votre m\u00e9decin traitant en lui signalant cette consommation.<br \/>\nSi vous n\u2019avez pas consomm\u00e9 de tels produits ou si vous n\u2019avez aucun sympt\u00f4me, il est inutile de vous inqui\u00e9ter ni de consulter.<br \/>\nD\u2019une fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il convient de rappeler que la cuisson \u00e0 c\u0153ur des steaks hach\u00e9s, merguez ou autres produits de saucisserie permet de pr\u00e9venir les cons\u00e9quences d\u2019une
