La production de noix se concentre de plus en plus sur des grandes exploitations : avec une augmentation de 30 % de leur nombre en dix ans, elles repr\u00e9sentent aujourd\u2019hui 16\u00a0% du total et elles utilisent 42 % de la superficie plant\u00e9e en noyers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Leur surface moyenne passe ainsi de 12 \u00e0 18 ha. Les petites exploitations qui repr\u00e9sentent pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des unit\u00e9s de production, se partagent 12 % de la superficie plant\u00e9e en noyers. L&rsquo;AOP (appellation d&rsquo;origine prot\u00e9g\u00e9e) \u00ab\u00a0Noix de Grenoble\u00a0\u00bb concerne plus de 1 000 producteurs install\u00e9s tout au long de la vall\u00e9e de l&rsquo;Is\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cette analyse a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite suite au recensement agricole de 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Source
