Ce documentaire pr\u00e9sente  quatre personnages, quatre itin\u00e9raires, quatre produits et quatre  savoir-faire qui illustrent la qu\u00eate d\u2019une jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pour des  produits authentiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les Fran\u00e7ais aiment les produits locaux\u00a0! 80% d\u2019entre eux privil\u00e9gient  ce qui vient de leur r\u00e9gion imm\u00e9diate\u00a0: on dit qu\u2019ils sont \u00ab\u00a0locavores\u00a0\u00bb.  Et 90% d\u2019entre eux sont des inconditionnels du march\u00e9 et des petits  producteurs qu\u2019ils per\u00e7oivent comme authentiques et dignes de confiance.  C\u2019est dire que le m\u00e9tier de producteur quand il est pratiqu\u00e9 avec  conviction et quand il privil\u00e9gie la qualit\u00e9 est une profession  d\u2019avenir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> C\u2019est ce qu\u2019ont pens\u00e9 C\u00e9cile, Alexandre, Elise et Sophie\u00a0:  quatre jeunes passionn\u00e9s des produits de leur terroir qui s\u2019investissent  pleinement dans leur nouvelle activit\u00e9. <\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nA 25 ans, on a confi\u00e9 \u00e0 C\u00e9cile l\u2019un des crus les plus r\u00e9put\u00e9s du  bordelais\u00a0; elle vit cet automne ses premi\u00e8res vendanges. A 23 ans,  Alexandre a repris l\u2019exploitation familiale de volaille de Bresse. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Elise, 23 ans, transforme le lait de l\u2019exploitation de ses parents, pr\u00e8s  de Maubeuge\u00a0; elle invente dans son laboratoire des yaourts aux  multiples parfums et des fromages aux saveurs nouvelles. Quant \u00e0 Sophie,  elle imagine des p\u00e2tisseries bien \u00e0 elle dans sa boutique des alentours  de Strasbourg&#8230;<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nChacun d\u2019entre eux s\u2019est lanc\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi\u00a0: Alexandre veut placer ses  volailles dans les meilleurs restaurants. Objectif\u00a0: Lasserre, l\u2019une des  institutions gastronomiques de Paris, 2 \u00e9toiles.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nElise veut convaincre Marie Quatrehomme, fromag\u00e8re parisienne r\u00e9put\u00e9e et  \u00e9lue meilleur ouvrier de France, d\u2019accueillir sa production.<br \/>\nSophie veut tout \u00e0 la fois gagner le concours international de ses r\u00eaves, et reprendre la p\u00e2tisserie familiale.<br \/>\nQuant \u00e0 C\u00e9cile, elle se mesure aux cuv\u00e9es les plus prestigieuses.<br \/>\nChacun d\u2019entre eux s\u2019enrichit des conseils des meilleurs sp\u00e9cialistes.
