Le d\u00e9partement de l&rsquo;Is\u00e8re est largement impliqu\u00e9 dans ce projet&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Voir notre article:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a title=\"Permanent Link to Ligne nouvelle Lyon-Turin: ouverture d\u2019une enqu\u00eate publique\" rel=\"bookmark\" href=\"..\/2012\/01\/15\/ligne-nouvelle-lyon-turin-ouverture-dune-enquete-publique\/\">Ligne nouvelle Lyon-Turin: ouverture d\u2019une enqu\u00eate publique<\/a>.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Pour avoir toutes les cartes en mains, il est bon de d\u00e9couvrir le projet de trac\u00e9 de cette nouvelle ligne.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 id=\"page-title\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Le trac\u00e9<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Le  projet de trac\u00e9 des acc\u00e8s fran\u00e7ais concerne 3 d\u00e9partements (le Rh\u00f4ne,  l\u2019Is\u00e8re et la Savoie) et traverse 71 communes, dont 43 \u00e0 l\u2019air libre. Il  comporte deux phases de r\u00e9alisation : d\u2019abord une ligne entre Lyon et  Chamb\u00e9ry pour les voyageurs et le fret, ensuite une ligne fret entre  Avressieux et Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne permettant la mise en place d\u2019une  autoroute ferroviaire \u00e0 grand gabarit. Les phases suivantes du programme  feront l\u2019objet d\u2019autres enqu\u00eates publiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Cette phase consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une ligne mixte (voyageurs et fret)  entre Lyon et Avressieux (entr\u00e9e en Savoie) via le tunnel de Dullin  l\u2019Epine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Caract\u00e9ristiques :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> environ 78 km de voie nouvelle, dont pr\u00e8s de 32 km en tunnels (41%)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> principaux ouvrages d\u2019art : viaduc de franchissement de la Bourbre et  de l\u2019A43 \u00e0 S\u00e9r\u00e9zin de la Tour, viaduc de Chimilin (franchissement de  l\u2019A43 et de la Bi\u00e8vre), viaducs dans la zone des Landiers \u00e0 Chamb\u00e9ry<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> nature des circulations : TGV, TER-GV, trains de fret, trains d\u2019autoroute ferroviaire<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> vitesse : 220 km \/h pour les TGV, 100 \u00e0 120 km\/h pour les trains de fret<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> co\u00fbt : 4,5 Mds d\u2019euros (valeur 2011)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> phase : Avressieux \u2013 Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong> <\/strong>Cette phase comprend la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une premi\u00e8re partie de  l\u2019itin\u00e9raire fret entre Avressieux et Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne via les  tunnels de Chartreuse, de Belledonne et du Glandon (seul un premier tube  de ces tunnels sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9) permettant le passage de l\u2019autoroute  ferroviaire grand gabarit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Caract\u00e9ristiques
