La chambre d&rsquo;agriculture de ce d\u00e9partement le confirme \u00e0 travers un communiqu\u00e9: 100% de la viande est abattue de fa\u00e7on rituelle en Ile-de-France !<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">L\u2019Ile-de-France compte \u00e0 ce jour 5 abattoirs dont un sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans  la viande de porc. Les quatre autres abattent les cheptels exclusivement  de mani\u00e8re rituelle : 100% de la viande abattue en Ile-de-France l\u2019est  selon les traditions musulmane et juive.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Aucun choix n\u2019est donn\u00e9 aux \u00e9leveurs franciliens qui doivent franchir  les limites de la r\u00e9gion pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un abattage traditionnel.  Leurs animaux doivent \u00eatre transport\u00e9s sur des centaines de kilom\u00e8tres,  abattus en province, les carcasses devant \u00eatre rapatri\u00e9es pour le  conditionnement et la distribution en Ile-de-France. Quelle perte de  temps et d\u2019argent ! A l\u2019heure des circuits courts, c\u2019est un comble ! <\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Mais pourquoi ?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Par le pass\u00e9, les abattoirs franciliens \u00e9taient g\u00e9r\u00e9s par les communes.  Le d\u00e9sengagement des municipalit\u00e9s a vu peu \u00e0 peu l\u2019ensemble de  l\u2019abattage francilien confi\u00e9 \u00e0 des op\u00e9rateurs priv\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Pour des raisons  de simplification des process et pouss\u00e9s par la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts, ces  derniers se sont tourn\u00e9s vers un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 unique d\u2019abattage rituel,  d\u00e9laissant, de fait, la m\u00e9thode traditionnelle, au m\u00e9pris de la  r\u00e9glementation qui impose un \u2018\u2019\u00e9tourdissement\u2019\u2019 pr\u00e9alable des animaux et  avec le consentement coupable des services de l\u2019Etat.<br \/>\nLes abattoirs franciliens repr\u00e9sentent cependant moins de 2 % de la consommation francilienne de viande.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Et dans tout \u00e7a, le consommateur a-t-il le choix ? Pas vraiment\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Plus inqui\u00e9tant encore, les consommateurs souffrent d\u2019une m\u00e9sinformation  sur les produits qu\u2019ils ach\u00e8tent au quotidien : en France on estime que  30% de la viande est abattue selon les rites musulman et juif alors que  la demande ne repr\u00e9sente que 7% ;  23% sont donc commercialis\u00e9s comme  de la viande \u2018\u2019traditionnelle\u2019\u2019\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Donnons le choix \u00e0 nos \u00e9leveurs et \u00e0 nos consommateurs !<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Les probl\u00e8mes d\u2019abattage en r\u00e9gion Ile-de-France ont longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 le  cheval de bataille de la Chambre Interd\u00e9partementale d\u2019Agriculture  d\u2019Ile-de-France et de la Maison de l\u2019Elevage. N\u00e9anmoins, ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne  prend de l\u2019ampleur sur fond d\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle et il est temps de  r\u00e9agir !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Les \u00e9leveurs devraient pouvoir choisir leur mode d\u2019abattage tout comme  les consommateurs devraient pouvoir choisir leurs produits en toute  connaissance de cause : les viandes devraient b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un affichage  clair en la mati\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> Quant aux abattoirs, ils devraient \u00eatre soumis aux  m\u00eames conditions de contr\u00f4le que celles impos\u00e9es aux exploitations  d\u2019\u00e9levage par les services de l\u2019Etat !<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La pol\u00e9mique fait rage concernant les pratiques d&rsquo;abattage d&rsquo;animaux dan les abattoirs d&rsquo;Ile- de- France.
