La R\u00e9gion Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes interpelle RFF sur l\u2019urgence de lancer les travaux d\u2019entretien de la ligne Grenoble – Gap. Attach\u00e9e \u00e0 la desserte des Alpes, la R\u00e9gion souhaite pouvoir offrir des conditions de trajet performantes en transports collectifs et comp\u00e9titives par rapport aux autres modes de transport permettant les liaisons TGV vers Paris et la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e depuis les Alpes du Sud. Ces liaisons repr\u00e9sentent des enjeux importants en termes d\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire, de d\u00e9placements, d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 touristique ou de
\npr\u00e9servation de l\u2019environnement. Les dessertes entre Grenoble et Gap ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 cadenc\u00e9es en d\u00e9cembre 2007.<\/p>\n
Toute d\u00e9gradation des temps de parcours li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de l\u2019infrastructure serait pr\u00e9judiciable \u00e0 l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des territoires concern\u00e9s et contraire aux principes affirm\u00e9s r\u00e9cemment par l\u2019Etat dans le cadre du Grenelle de l\u2019Environnement. Cette ligne, avec 8 aller-retour quotidiens, a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un effort constant de la R\u00e9gion ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, r\u00e9compens\u00e9 par une augmentation particuli\u00e8rement forte de la fr\u00e9quentation en 2008 (+ 15% par rapport \u00e0 2007). Or, suite \u00e0 des informations r\u00e9centes sur la d\u00e9gradation de la voie entre Monestier et Clelles, la R\u00e9gion s\u2019inqui\u00e8te de la fa\u00e7on dont RFF envisage de maintenir les performances de la ligne Grenoble-Gap.<\/p>\n
La R\u00e9gion souhaite rappeler qu\u2019il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 de maintien du r\u00e9seau et non de d\u00e9veloppement. Si la R\u00e9gion investit de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s volontariste dans des cadres contractuels partag\u00e9s avec l\u2019Etat et RFF, c\u2019est bien \u00e0 RFF d\u2019assumer les responsabilit\u00e9s qui sont les siennes et d\u2019entretenir le r\u00e9seau, qui plus est, avec des p\u00e9ages en augmentation.<\/p>\n
Afin d\u2019obtenir de l\u2019Etat et RFF des engagements sur ce point, Bernard Soulage, premier Vice-pr\u00e9sident du Conseil r\u00e9gional Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes et G\u00e9rard Leras, Pr\u00e9sident de la commission transports et d\u00e9placements du Conseil R\u00e9gional Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes et Pr\u00e9sident du Comit\u00e9 de ligne Grenoble-Gap, ont adress\u00e9 \u00e0 Philippe De Mester, directeur r\u00e9gional de R\u00e9seau ferr\u00e9 de France, une lettre qu\u2019ils ont souhait\u00e9 rendre publique ce matin \u00e0 8h30 en gare de Pont-de-Claix 5.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
