Depuis 1938, c\u2019est l\u2019un des rares fruits \u00e0 poss\u00e9der une Appellation d\u2019Origine Contr\u00f4l\u00e9e et d\u00e8s 1996, l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne l\u2019a reconnue en Appellation d\u2019Origine Prot\u00e9g\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Nos auteurs ne pouvaient \u00eatre qu\u2019inspir\u00e9s par ce fruit d\u2019exception et ce livre lui rend un bel hommage. Mais notre jeune maison d\u2019\u00e9dition ne compte pas s\u2019arr\u00eater en si bon chemin, puisque deux prochains livres sur la raviole et la quenelle sont annonc\u00e9s pour le mois de Novembre.
