Leurs poubelles d\u00e9bordent de bo\u00eetes de conserve et  d\u2019emballages plastiques aux couleurs des grandes marques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">La  fili\u00e8re agro-alimentaire s\u2019est impos\u00e9e dans la restauration commerciale.  Elle organise les grands \u00e9v\u00e9nements de la cuisine fran\u00e7aise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Pour  rassurer les restaurateurs, elle s\u2019offre m\u00eame les services de chefs  \u00e9toil\u00e9s. Cette invasion touche \u00e9galement les \u00e9coles h\u00f4teli\u00e8res.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Les  d\u00e9fenseurs du fait-maison tentent d\u2019alerter les politiques face aux  lobbies industriels. Pour comprendre l\u2019ampleur de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, ce  documentaire op\u00e8re une immersion dans les cuisines de ceux qui utilisent  ce genre de produits, souvent \u00e0 l\u2019insu des
