S\u2019ajoutent \u00e0 cela les vaches laiti\u00e8res de<br \/>\nr\u00e9forme, les \u00e9levages de vaches laiti\u00e8res en bio ou en<br \/>\nconversion sont au nombre de 254 en Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes. L\u2019Is\u00e8re<br \/>\net la Loire sont les deux grandes zones de production de<br \/>\nviande bovine biologique avec 45 % du cheptel de vaches<br \/>\nallaitantes \u00e9lev\u00e9es en bio au niveau r\u00e9gional. Cette journ\u00e9e<br \/>\nvise \u00e0 faciliter les \u00e9changes entre diff\u00e9rents acteurs sur la<br \/>\nfili\u00e8re de la viande bovine biologique. Le matin, les besoins<br \/>\ndu march\u00e9 et l\u2019organisation de la fili\u00e8re au sein du groupe<br \/>\nSicarev seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. Puis, M. Ricca, \u00e9leveur d\u2019Aubrac<br \/>\nen bio, t\u00e9moignera de son exp\u00e9rience en vente directe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ensuite, la demande de la restauration collective et la<br \/>\nfili\u00e8re des steaks hach\u00e9s bio seront abord\u00e9es. L\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi<br \/>\nportera sur la conduite d\u2019\u00e9levage et plus particuli\u00e8rement<br \/>\nsur l\u2019engraissement et la finition des bovins en AB.
