Les producteurs fran\u00e7ais ne  pourront pas afficher le blason savoyard sur leurs emballages, afin de  ne pas induire de confusion avec le drapeau suisse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">St\u00e9phane LE FOLL, Ministre de l\u2019Agriculture, de l\u2019Agroalimentaire et  de la For\u00eat se f\u00e9licite de l\u2019octroi d\u2019une Indication G\u00e9ographique  Prot\u00e9g\u00e9e (IGP) au \u00ab\u00a0Gruy\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb fran\u00e7ais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Cette reconnaissance en IGP permet de pr\u00e9server un patrimoine  culturel et gastronomique. Elle consacre \u00e9galement l\u2019excellence du  savoir-faire des femmes et des hommes qui produisent ce fromage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 10px; width: 170px; float: right; height: 227px; border: #000000 0px solid;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gruyere-france.fr\/images\/photo-actu-3-6fc0.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><strong>Points cl\u00e9s :<br \/>\n<\/strong>263 producteurs de lait gruy\u00e8re fran\u00e7ais<br \/>\n9 fabricants<br \/>\n7 d\u00e9partements dont 4 majoritaires (la Savoie, le Doubs, la Haute-Savoie, la Haute-Sa\u00f4ne)<br \/>\n2000 tonnes<br \/>\nLe  gruy\u00e8re est l\u2019un des plus anciens fromages du paysage fran\u00e7ais.
