L\u2019offre peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer insuffisante en  quantit\u00e9, mais aussi parfois en qualit\u00e9\u00a0: ces productions sont souvent  propos\u00e9es sous forme de produits bruts, alors que la restauration  collective est en attente de l\u00e9gumes pr\u00e9par\u00e9s a minima, voire de  quatri\u00e8me ou de cinqui\u00e8me gamme.<br \/>\nLes possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement des ventes de l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 la  restauration collective passent par un regroupement de l\u2019offre et la  fourniture de l\u00e9gumes de quatri\u00e8me gamme ou pr\u00e9par\u00e9s un minimum.<br \/>\nLe projet d\u00e9crit ici s\u2019inscrit donc dans un contexte o\u00f9 de nombreux  producteurs, agents de d\u00e9veloppement voire financeurs souhaitent la mise  en place de l\u00e9gumeries collectives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ces fiches ont vocation \u00e0 aider d\u2019autres territoires \u00e0  construire leur projet d\u2019outil collectif, en mettant en \u00e9vidence les  atouts et les difficult\u00e9s de celui de la Dr\u00f4me des Collines et en  particulier celui de Romans, et comment CELABIO a finalement pu mettre  en place son activit\u00e9 commerciale vers la restauration collective et sa  l\u00e9gumerie.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
