{"id":33598,"date":"2013-01-13T12:06:06","date_gmt":"2013-01-13T10:06:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/?p=33598"},"modified":"2013-01-13T12:06:06","modified_gmt":"2013-01-13T10:06:06","slug":"communaute-de-communes-du-massif-du-vercors-un-batiment-a-energie-positive-en-bois-local","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/2013\/01\/13\/communaute-de-communes-du-massif-du-vercors-un-batiment-a-energie-positive-en-bois-local\/","title":{"rendered":"Communaut\u00e9 de Communes du Massif du Vercors: un b\u00e2timent \u00e0 \u00e9nergie positive en bois local"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Alliant la r\u00e9habilitation de la maison Terrel, patrimoine du territoire, et la construction neuve, les \u00e9lus de la Communaut\u00e9 de Communes du Massif du Vercors ont souhait\u00e9 inscrire le projet de Maison de l\u2019intercommunalit\u00e9 dans une d\u00e9marche de d\u00e9veloppement durable (performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, utilisation des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, utilisation du bois local). <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>La volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;offrir aux habitants du plateau un m\u00eame lieu regroupant diff\u00e9rents services intercommunaux.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-33600\" title=\"CCMV BOIS 1\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/CCMV-BOIS-1-1.png\" alt=\"CCMV BOIS 1\" width=\"594\" height=\"407\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/CCMV-BOIS-1-1.png 594w, https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/CCMV-BOIS-1-1-300x206.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 594px) 100vw, 594px\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">L\u2019ensemble des travaux ont co\u00fbt\u00e9 2 445 000 \u20ac avec des subventions \u00e0 hauteur de 63 % de nos partenaires : Conseil G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Is\u00e8re, Pr\u00e9fecture de l\u2019Is\u00e8re et la R\u00e9gion Rh\u00f4ne Alpes et l\u2019ADEME.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Un programme architectural ambitieux<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Pour le patrimoine, une attitude respectueuse de son caract\u00e8re La maison Terrel est un bel exemple de vill\u00e9giature des ann\u00e9es 20-30, t\u00e9moin du pass\u00e9 de station climatique et touristique de Villard-de-Lans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"> Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite dans le style \u00ab anglo-normand \u00bb, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la mode de son \u00e9poque. Pour la Communaut\u00e9 de communes cette maison repr\u00e9sente un patrimoine qu\u2019il est imp\u00e9ratif de conserver, de r\u00e9utiliser et de mettre en valeur en respectant\u00a0 la configuration des pi\u00e8ces pour conserver l\u2019harmonie des volumes et le caract\u00e8re des espaces. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Pour diminuer les consommations d\u2019\u00e9nergie tout en pr\u00e9servant le d\u00e9cor, l\u2019isolation par l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9cart\u00e9e au profit de corrections thermiques int\u00e9rieures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Architecture contemporaine et performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pour le b\u00e2timent neuf<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Pour l\u2019extension en partie neuve les attentes \u00e9taient diff\u00e9rentes. Le b\u00e2timent devait avoir une \u00e9criture contemporaine, bien ancr\u00e9e dans son territoire et \u00eatre porteur d\u2019ambitions en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement durable (performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, qualit\u00e9 environnementale, utilisation du bois local).<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">On retiendra que le b\u00e2timent, \u00e0 ossature bois est certifi\u00e9 \u00ab Bois des Alpes \u00bb<br \/>\nDe plus en plus utilis\u00e9 dans la construction, la Communaut\u00e9 de communes d\u00e9montre par l\u2019exemple avec sa Maison de l\u2019intercommunalit\u00e9 que le bois peut \u00eatre d\u2019origine locale, provenir du plateau du Vercors et transform\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<br \/>\nLe bois est largement utilis\u00e9 dans ce b\u00e2timent : charpente, murs \u00e0 ossature bois, bardage, toiture bois, platelage, menuiseries int\u00e9rieures\u2026<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Objectif \u00e9nergie positive !<\/strong><br \/>\nLa construction du b\u00e2timent neuf a permis de r\u00e9aliser un b\u00e2timent exemplaire en termes de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, qui r\u00e9pond au besoin du standard passif (consommation<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-33601\" title=\"ccmv bois 2\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/ccmv-bois-2-1.png\" alt=\"ccmv bois 2\" width=\"340\" height=\"252\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/ccmv-bois-2-1.png 340w, https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/ccmv-bois-2-1-300x222.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 340px) 100vw, 340px\" \/> chauffage &lt; 15 kWhep\/m\u00b2.an).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"> Cet objectif est approch\u00e9 par une sensibilisation de tous les entrepreneurs en phase chantier et par l\u2019int\u00e9gration dans leurs pi\u00e8ces \u00e9crites contractuelles d\u2019obligation de moyen et de r\u00e9sultat au regard des travaux \u00e0 entreprendre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Deux tests dits \u00ab de la porte soufflante \u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s;
