For\u00eat, Beno\u00eet HAMON, Ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de l\u2019Economie Sociale  et Solidaire et \u00e0 Consommation, et Guillaume GAROT, Ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9  charg\u00e9 de l\u2019Agroalimentaire r\u00e9uniront les professionnels de la fili\u00e8re  viande afin de recevoir les conclusions des groupes de travail institu\u00e9s  lors de la r\u00e9union des ministres du 21 f\u00e9vrier dernier avec l\u2019ensemble  des acteurs pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9, la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9tiquetage de  l\u2019origine dans les fili\u00e8res et pour les produits \u00e0 base de viandes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Les professionnels ont ainsi \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les <strong>voies d\u2019am\u00e9lioration  des contr\u00f4les qualit\u00e9, de la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 et de l\u2019\u00e9tiquetage de l\u2019origine  dans les fili\u00e8res viandes et pour les produits \u00e0 base de viandes.<\/strong> Les professionnels ont \u00e9galement travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>\u00e9laboration d\u2019une charte permettant de pr\u00e9venir les fraudes<\/strong> et de garantir la qualit\u00e9 des produits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">L\u2019ensemble de la fili\u00e8re a r\u00e9pondu pr\u00e9sent, de l\u2019amont agricole \u00e0 la  distribution, en passant par le commerce de d\u00e9tail et l\u2019artisanat  alimentaire, les entreprises de n\u00e9goce, les coop\u00e9ratives agricoles et  les industries alimentaires,
