en \u00e9tat de catastrophe naturelle au titre des \u00ab\u00a0<strong>mouvements de terrain diff\u00e9rentiels cons\u00e9cutifs \u00e0 la s\u00e9cheresse et \u00e0 la r\u00e9hydratation des sols\u00a0\u00bb survenus du 1er janvier 2012 au 30 septembre 2012.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: -0.21cm; margin-right: -0.37cm;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> Les sinistr\u00e9s disposent en cons\u00e9quence d&rsquo;un d\u00e9lai de dix jours \u00e0 compter de la date de publication de l&rsquo;arr\u00eat\u00e9 interminist\u00e9riel pendant lequel ils pourront d\u00e9poser aupr\u00e8s de leur compagnie d&rsquo;assurance (si cela n\u2019a pas encore \u00e9tait fait) un \u00e9tat estimatif de leurs pertes afin de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du r\u00e9gime d&rsquo;indemnisation pr\u00e9vu par la loi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: -0.21cm;
