Or de nombreuses \u00e9tudes prouvent que trop de  viande rouge peut non seulement menacer la sant\u00e9, mais m\u00eame raccourcir  l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-38001\" title=\"arte\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/arte1-1.png\" alt=\"arte\" width=\"596\" height=\"383\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/arte1-1.png 596w, https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/arte1-1-300x193.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 596px) 100vw, 596px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Quant aux viandes blanches, elles contiennent trop  souvent des r\u00e9sidus d\u2019antibiotiques. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les \u00e9levages  sont devenus des entreprises high-tech dans lesquelles on oublie  totalement que les animaux sont des \u00eatres vivants et non de simples  produits. Sans parler des abattoirs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"> Et pour nourrir ces animaux qui  fourniront les 40 millions de tonnes de viande produits chaque ann\u00e9e,  l\u2019Europe doit importer du fourrage, par exemple du Paraguay, o\u00f9 quelques  gros producteurs profitent de ces commandes tandis que la majorit\u00e9 de  la population subit les cons\u00e9quences, parfois dramatiques, de  l\u2019utilisation massive des pesticides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"> Pire encore\u00a0: gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette  exploitation des ressources mondiales, la production europ\u00e9enne est  tellement bon march\u00e9 que les pays \u00e9mergents pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent importer la viande  d\u2019Europe plut\u00f4t que de soutenir les producteurs locaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"> Si l&rsquo;on ajoute \u00e0  ce tableau la contribution des \u00e9levages au r\u00e9chauffement climatique, la  pollution de notre environnement par les herbicides, insecticides et  les nitrates, il est plus que temps de reconsid\u00e9rer les habitudes de  consommation de cette viande des riches qui affame les pauvres.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;industrie agroalimentaire tente de nous persuader que consommer de la viande est bon pour la sant\u00e9 et que celle-ci est n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 notre \u00e9quilibre alimentaire.
