Pour l&rsquo;industrie  agro-alimentaire, il correspond \u00e0 un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires de six milliards  d&rsquo;euros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> Mais la fili\u00e8re est en crise depuis dix ans. Pour vendre une  viande toujours moins ch\u00e8re, \u00e9leveurs, grands distributeurs et abattoirs  se livrent une guerre impitoyable dans laquelle le grand perdant risque  d&rsquo;\u00eatre le consommateur. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">En effet, 93 % du porc est aujourd&rsquo;hui issu  d&rsquo;un \u00e9levage industriel. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Esp\u00e8ce menac\u00e9e, go\u00fbt qui dispara\u00eet, qualit\u00e9 de  viande m\u00e9diocre, tout le monde y perd. Pourtant, gagner sa vie tout en  respectant les animaux et les consommateurs, c&rsquo;est aujourd&rsquo;hui possible  dans cette fili\u00e8re.
