Catherine Brette, conseill\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;Agenda 21, pr\u00e9sidait une rencontre interd\u00e9partementale \u00e0 laquelle participaient des repr\u00e9sentants des conseils g\u00e9n\u00e9raux du Gard, de Haute-Savoie, de la Savoie, de la Dr\u00f4me, de l&rsquo;Ard\u00e8che,\u00a0 de l&rsquo;H\u00e9rault, des Bouches-du-Rh\u00f4ne, du Var, et des Conseils r\u00e9gionaux de Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes, PACA et Languedoc-Roussillon. Des agriculteurs bio et des associations &#8211; Corabio, Adabio, Un plus bio- \u00e9taient \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 cette journ\u00e9e de travail et de r\u00e9flexion.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif de cette journ\u00e9e \u00e9tait triple:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; mettre en commun les exp\u00e9riences des diff\u00e9rents Conseils r\u00e9gionaux<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; constituer un r\u00e9seau de r\u00e9f\u00e9rents \u00e9lus et agents de collectivit\u00e9s sur cette th\u00e9matique<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; accompagner les d\u00e9partements qui souhaitent s&rsquo;impliquer dans la valorisation de produits biologiques en restauration collective en promouvant les initiatives prises, notamment par l&rsquo;Is\u00e8re et le Gard, en pointe dans ce domaine<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/11\/affichefilm.jpg\" alt=\"affichefilm.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Ce film de Jean-Paul Jaud, qui souligne l&rsquo;urgence de changer l&rsquo;alimentation de nos enfants, a re\u00e7u le soutien du Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Gard ainsi que de l&rsquo;association\u00a0 Un plus bio (qui animait cette journ\u00e9e) et des CIVAM (Centres d&rsquo;Initiatives pour Valoriser l&rsquo;Agriculture et le Milieu rural) du Gard. La Ville de Barjac (Gard), dont les enfants mangent bio \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole depuis 2006, est le th\u00e9\u00e2tre de l\u2019action<\/em>.<br \/>\nCatherine Brette qui a rappel\u00e9 que le Grenelle de l&rsquo;Environnement pr\u00e9conise d&rsquo;introduire 15 \u00e0 20% de produits biologiques dans la restauration collective publique, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la d\u00e9marche is\u00e9roise, inscrite dans l&rsquo;Agenda 21,\u00a0 tandis que G\u00e9rard Garossino, vice-pr\u00e9sident du Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Gard d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;Agriculture et Jos\u00e9e Fauquet, chef du service Education, exposaient la d\u00e9marche gardoise. Accro\u00eetre sensiblement la part du bio dans la restauration collective est une entreprise de longue haleine, qui n\u00e9cessite non seulement une volont\u00e9 politique mais un important travail de terrain. Les progr\u00e8s, n\u00e9anmoins, sont appr\u00e9ciables:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>En Is\u00e8re, le nombre de coll\u00e8ges impliqu\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration \u00ab\u00a0Manger bio en Is\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb initi\u00e9e par le Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, a \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9 par 2 en trois ans depuis 2005: on en compte 27 . Le nombre de repas totalement ou partiellement biologiques a \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9 par 10 en 3 ans: on en compte 195 000 dont 88 000 pour les coll\u00e8ges, fournis par 45 producteurs is\u00e9rois (produits laitiers et viande).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dans la perspective du d\u00e9veloppement du bio dans la restauration collective, les d\u00e9marches impliquent une conjonction des politiques touchant \u00e0 l&rsquo;agriculture, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et \u00e0 la formation. La recherche de synergies, indispensable \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de l&rsquo;entreprise, est lourde \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre autant que l&rsquo;adaptation de l&rsquo;offre \u00e0 la demande. Les enjeux principaux d&rsquo;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 relev\u00e9s sont:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; la structuration et l&rsquo;adaptation de la production: installation et conversion en agriculture biologique (seulement 2,7% des exploitations is\u00e9roises sont bio)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0 implication p\u00e9renne de l&rsquo;acheteur priv\u00e9 ou public qui tienne compte de la saisonnalit\u00e9 et des bassins de production<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; travail juridique de r\u00e9daction de la commande publique et technique d&rsquo;un cahier des charges des produits<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; structuration de la mise en march\u00e9 selon le niveau de la commande: de la\u00a0 structuration associative \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique de la plateforme agro-alimentairede distribution<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements sp\u00e9cifiques: un projet de l\u00e9gumerie, par exemple, est en gestation \u00e0 Grenoble<\/p>\n<p>Tous ces th\u00e8mes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 au centre des d\u00e9bats dans quatre ateliers th\u00e9matiques.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mobilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale aujourd&rsquo;hui au Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;Is\u00e8re sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0Manger bio en restauration collective\u00a0\u00bb.
