Il s&rsquo;agit de la viande fran\u00e7aise \u00ab\u00a0B\u0153uf de Bazas\u00a0\u00bb et de la p\u00e2tisserie finlandaise \u00ab\u00a0Kainuun r\u00f6ntt\u00f6nen\u00a0\u00bb. Les deux d\u00e9nominations s&rsquo;ajoutent \u00e0 la liste d&rsquo;environ 800 produits d\u00e9j\u00e0 prot\u00e9g\u00e9s en vertu de la l\u00e9gislation sur la protection des indications g\u00e9ographiques, des appellations d&rsquo;origine et des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s traditionnelles.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/11\/logoigp.jpeg\" alt=\"logoigp.jpeg\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Le Boeuf de Bazas avait obtenu le Label Rouge en juin 1997. Ce Label de terroir vient donc d&rsquo;obtenir\u00a0 l&rsquo;IGP, ce qui implique que le Boeuf de Bazas est produit sur une zone d\u00e9termin\u00e9e qui comprend le d\u00e9partement de la Gironde, une grande partie des Landes et les cantons limitrophes de la Gironde et des Landes dans le Lot et Garonne et le Gers.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pour \u00eatre labellis\u00e9s en Boeuf de Bazas, les animaux doivent \u00eatre n\u00e9s, \u00e9lev\u00e9s et engraiss\u00e9s dans la zone d\u00e9finie plus haut et doivent r\u00e9pondre aux exigences d&rsquo;un cahier des charges tr\u00e8s strict sur la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9, l&rsquo;alimentation, le sanitaire et le bien \u00eatre animal.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Un terroir reconnu\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><br \/>\nIssu des meilleures races bovines \u00e0 viande Bazadaise, Blonde d\u2019Aquitaine et Limousine, le B\u0153uf de Bazas est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 dans les \u00e9levages agr\u00e9\u00e9s et qualifi\u00e9s sur une zone qui s\u2019\u00e9tend de la Gironde \u00e0 une partie des Landes et les cantons limitrophes du Gers et du Lot et Garonne.<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s une jeunesse au pis de sa m\u00e8re, le B\u0153uf de Bazas poursuit sa croissance harmonieuse au p\u00e2turage. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une alimentation naturelle, riche, \u00e0 base d\u2019herbe et de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, le B\u0153uf de Bazas arrive \u00e0 maturit\u00e9 dans des conditions exceptionnelles.
