D\u00e9cisions qui se sont montr\u00e9es tout \u00e0 fait efficaces..<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00a0\u00bb Nous avons embauch\u00e9 du personnel qualifi\u00e9 et sommes pass\u00e9s de 15 salari\u00e9s en 2007 \u00e0 25 en 2014, notre chiffre d&rsquo;affaires a \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9 par deux pendant cette m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, de 3 millions \u00e0 6,2 millions d&rsquo;euros.. \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ce dynamisme nouveau, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la fabrication d&rsquo;une gamme plus large de fromages au lait du Vercors n&rsquo;a eu que des effets positifs.. \u00a0\u00bb Il faut se rappeler qu&rsquo;\u00e0 une \u00e9poque pas si lointaine il y avait une fruiti\u00e8re par village.. Celles ci ayant disparu, Vercors Lait a repris le flambeau et le Vercors est redevenu l&rsquo;autre pays du fromage..\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Vercors Lait fabrique bien entendu le bleu du Vercors Sassenage, seule production fromag\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Is\u00e8re ayant une AOP, mais aussi d&rsquo;autres fromages du style gruy\u00e8re, tommes de montagne, St Marcellin, en grande majorit\u00e9 bio,\u00a0 qui a obtenu l&rsquo;IGP en fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Vercors Lait va transformer en 2014 4 millions de litres de lait. 250 tonnes de Bleu du Vercors Sassenage et 270 tonnes d&rsquo;autres fromages seront produites..<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">La vente se fait \u00e0 travers une client\u00e8le homog\u00e8ne et les points de vente se d\u00e9veloppent. On oubliera pas le magasin situ\u00e9 dans les locaux m\u00eames de la coop\u00e9rative, le magasin de Seyssins auxquels se rajoutera un point de vente \u00e0 Romans. L&rsquo;ouverture \u00e9tant pr\u00e9vue d\u00e9but octobre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00a0\u00bb Nous avan\u00e7ons de fa\u00e7on humble mais l&rsquo;essentiel n&rsquo;est-il pas de progresser\u00a0\u00bb se justifie Philippe Guilloud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Il est \u00e0 noter que la collecte de lait, si elle a baiss\u00e9 passant en 10 ans de 7 \u00e0 6 millions de litres, cette chute, qui est de tendance nationale a tout de m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 endigu\u00e9e sur le Vercors.\u00a0 On revoit des installations en production laiti\u00e8re, des jeunes qui croient en ce m\u00e9tier. Reste \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils en tirent un revenu d\u00e9cent. Cela peut passer par la transformation.. la vente directe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00a0\u00bb Si des jeunes agriculteurs souhaitent se lancer dans la production de fromage fermier, Bleu du Vercors Sassenage par exemple, il faut les encourager&#8230; Ils n&rsquo;entreront pas en concurrence avec Vercors Lait, bien au contraire, ils offriront plus de diversit\u00e9..\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Vercors Lait collecte le lait aupr\u00e8s de 35 exploitations laiti\u00e8res sur le Vercors, avec les GAEC, cela repr\u00e9sente 60 producteurs. La collecte est de 5,6 millions de litres dont 1,3 million de litres de lait bio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">68% de cette collecte sont transform\u00e9s en fromages. Le reste \u00e9tant vendu \u00e0 la fruiti\u00e8re d&rsquo;Autrans mais surtout \u00e0 Sodiaal. A noter que des accords \u00a0\u00bb tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressants existent entre Vercors Lait et Sodiaal, pour la collecte du lait.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Il est reproch\u00e9 \u00e0 Vercors Lait de toucher des subventions.. \u00a0\u00bb Notre entreprise ne vit pas de subventions. Nous avons b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&rsquo;aides comme toute entreprise peut en toucher lors de r\u00e9fection de b\u00e2timent, de modernisation de mat\u00e9riel. .Aides accord\u00e9es sous conditions\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Autre reproche: les prix pratiqu\u00e9s dans les magasins propres \u00e0 Vercors Lait: \u00a0\u00bb ceux ci sont calcul\u00e9s au plus juste tout en sachant que ce sont des magasins de vente directe. \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Les rapports entre Vercors Lait et le SIVER: \u00a0\u00bb ils sont tr\u00e8s bons avec l&rsquo;animatrice du SIVER, Chrystelle Hustache. Des passerelles existent entre les deux structures. N&rsquo;oublions pas que l&rsquo;AOC Bleu du Vercors Sassenage est une petite AOC.. Elle a donc besoin de beaucoup communiquer, d&rsquo;en assurer sa promotion et de penser \u00e0 son avenir..
