Les traces de dioxine concerneraient les produits issus d\u2019exploitations irlandaises ayant toutes le m\u00eame fournisseur d&rsquo;aliments pour animaux.<br \/>\nLa Commission europ\u00e9enne a alert\u00e9 tous les \u00e9tats membres de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne dans la nuit du samedi 6 au dimanche 7 d\u00e9cembre 2008.<\/p>\n<p>La commission europ\u00e9enne a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu\u2019il pouvait y avoir des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 publique li\u00e9s \u00e0 une exposition \u00e0 long terme \u00e0 la dioxine. M\u00eame si une exposition ponctuelle \u00e0 court terme n\u2019entra\u00eene pas d\u2019effets de sant\u00e9 pour le consommateur, toutes les mesures sont prises pour retirer du march\u00e9 les produits non conformes.<\/p>\n<p>La viande de porc irlandaise ne repr\u00e9sente que 0,7 % du march\u00e9 de la viande de porc en France.<\/p>\n<p>Le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Agriculture et de la p\u00eache a mis en oeuvre des mesures en temps r\u00e9el :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; D\u00e8s dimanche matin, le minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Agriculture a demand\u00e9 aux professionnels de v\u00e9rifier la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 de leurs produits et de proc\u00e9der au retrait des viandes de porcs abattus en Irlande depuis le 1er septembre ainsi que des produits qui en sont issus comme le bacon ou le jambon.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Les services v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires sont mobilis\u00e9s, des contr\u00f4les sont actuellement en cours.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Les premi\u00e8res informations fournies par les autorit\u00e9s irlandaises dimanche soir font \u00e9tat sur la p\u00e9riode concern\u00e9e (1er septembre \u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui) de 1600 tonnes exp\u00e9di\u00e9es en France concernant six entreprises. Ces entreprises ont toutes \u00e9t\u00e9 contact\u00e9es afin qu\u2019elles fournissent tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des viandes qu\u2019elles ont re\u00e7ues d\u2019Irlande.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 ces op\u00e9rations de retrait et de contr\u00f4le, Michel Barnier a saisi l\u2019AFSSA pour pr\u00e9ciser les risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 une exposition du consommateur selon la nature des produits et le taux de contamination observ\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelques chiffres :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Consommation fran\u00e7aise : Environ 2 Millions de tonnes, soit 35kg\/habitant (4\u00b0 consommateur UE apr\u00e8s All, Esp, It)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Exportations : 717.000 tonnes vers l&rsquo;Italie (27,5%), RU (11,7%) Gr (10,3%) et pays tiers (16%).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Importations : 572.900 tonnes.
