Ses conclusions confirment que \u00ab la surexposition limit\u00e9e dans le temps aux dioxines appara\u00eet tr\u00e8s faible et n\u2019est pas de nature \u00e0 modifier significativement le risque pour le consommateur \u00bb.<br \/>\nLe ministre de l\u2019Agriculture et de la P\u00eache rappelle qu\u2019il a demand\u00e9, d\u00e8s le 7 d\u00e9cembre, aux professionnels de v\u00e9rifier la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 de leurs produits et de proc\u00e9der au retrait des viandes de porcs abattus en Irlande depuis le 1er septembre 2008, des produits qui en sont issus et des produits compos\u00e9s (1).<br \/>\nA ce jour, 23 \u00e9tablissements fran\u00e7ais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent identifi\u00e9s comme destinataires de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res ou de produits finis (2) originaires d\u2019Irlande. Au total, depuis le 1er septembre, l\u2019Irlande a exp\u00e9di\u00e9 un peu plus de 1800 tonnes de viande de porc ou de produits qui en sont issus vers la France.<br \/>\nLes \u00e9tablissements fran\u00e7ais ont tous \u00e9t\u00e9 contact\u00e9s par les services v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires afin qu\u2019ils fournissent tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des viandes qu\u2019ils ont re\u00e7ues d\u2018Irlande. A l\u2019heure actuelle, plus de 500 tonnes de produits issus de ces \u00e9tablissements sont bloqu\u00e9s et consign\u00e9s. Les investigations se poursuivent.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Par ailleurs, l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des aliments (AESA) a rendu ses conclusions le 10 d\u00e9cembre dans le cadre du CPCASA (3) r\u00e9unissant les Etats membres, \u00e0 Bruxelles. Ils ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 la mise en \u0153uvre des mesures suivantes :<br \/>\n&#8211; retrait du march\u00e9 de toutes les viandes porcines d\u2019origine irlandaise produites entre le 1er septembre et le 6 d\u00e9cembre 2008 ;<br \/>\n&#8211; retrait du march\u00e9 de tous les produits compos\u00e9s \u00e0 base de viande issue de porc irlandais dont le taux d\u2019incorporation est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 20 %, sauf si les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019analyses sont favorables.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Michel Barnier a demand\u00e9 aux services de contr\u00f4les v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires la mise en application imm\u00e9diate de ces mesures.<br \/>\nEn Irlande, la contamination \u00e0 la dioxine s\u2019est \u00e9tendue \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9levages bovins aliment\u00e9s avec les m\u00eames produits que ceux destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation des porcs. Au total, 38 \u00e9levages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sous s\u00e9questre. Sur 11 \u00e9levages test\u00e9s, trois pr\u00e9sentaient des traces de polychlorobiph\u00e9nyles (PCB) \u00e0 des niveaux l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la limite autoris\u00e9e (deux \u00e0 trois fois). Aucun animal issu de ces \u00e9levages n\u2019est autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 entrer dans la cha\u00eene alimentaire. Dans ce contexte, aucune mesure de port\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s irlandaises.<\/p>\n<p>(<em>1) Pizza, saucisson, p\u00e2t\u00e9\u2026<br
