Bien entendu j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9gust\u00e9 la Marcelline et je trouve ce friand, original et tr\u00e8s bon.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant en grand d\u00e9fenseur du Bleu du Vercors Sassenage, je me sens oblig\u00e9 de vous proposer une alternative que je pr\u00e9sente souvent \u00e0 mes invit\u00e9s, \u00e0 l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro: la tourte au bleu du Vercors Sassenage. Un plat tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"text\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"text\"> (pour      8 personnes)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"text\">150 g de beurre <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">8 oeufs <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">300 g de farine <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">5 cl d&rsquo;eau <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">3 petits fromages blancs <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">30 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">300 g de Bleu du VERCORS-Sassenage <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"text\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"text\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text\"><strong>P\u00e2te bris\u00e9e<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text\">P\u00e9trir 150 g de beurre ramolli avec 3 oeufs entiers,      1 pinc\u00e9e de sel. Ajouter 300 g de farine, et 5 cl d&rsquo;eau. La p\u00e2te      doit \u00eatre souple, la laisser reposer 1\/2 heure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Personnellement, je l&rsquo;ach\u00e8te toute pr\u00eate<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text\"><strong>Garniture de la tourte<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Battre dans un saladier 3 petits fromages blancs avec        5 oeufs. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Verser sur ce m\u00e9lange 30 cl de cr\u00e8me        fra\u00eeche. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Assaisonner de sel, poivre et muscade. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Mouler la p\u00e2te dans une tourti\u00e8re de 2        cm de profondeur. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Bien piquer la p\u00e2te, remplir \u00e0 1\/2 cm        du bord avec la garniture. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">R\u00e9partir \u00e0 la surface 300 g de Bleu du        VERCORS-Sassenage coup\u00e9 en p\u00e9tales de 1\/2 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur.        <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Avec le reste de la p\u00e2te, d\u00e9corer de croisillons        le dessus de la tourte. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text\">Cuire 1\/2 heure environ \u00e0 230 \u00b0 (thermostat        7).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marie nous a fait parvenir la recette de la Marcelline.
