agricole depuis plusieurs mois, la FNSEA et Jeunes Agriculteurs ont  lanc\u00e9\u00a0 un plan d\u2019actions sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0manger fran\u00e7ais\u00a0\u00bb  destin\u00e9 \u00e0 promouvoir les produits fran\u00e7ais dans la restauration  collective. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ces actions r\u00e9currentes pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 tous les \u00e9chelons, du  local au national, ont pour objectif de dresser un constat sur les  r\u00e9alit\u00e9s des produits servis dans la restauration collective, et  d\u2019inciter \u00e0 davantage de patriotisme alimentaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Malgr\u00e9 un fort potentiel, les  importations restent majoritaires dans la restauration collective  (cantines scolaires, restaurants d\u2019entreprises, h\u00f4pitaux, prisons\u2026). <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">A  titre d\u2019exemple, 87 % de la volaille est import\u00e9e, de m\u00eame que pr\u00e8s de  80 % de la viande rouge. \u00ab\u00a0<em>On peut faire beaucoup mieux<\/em> \u00bb,  clame Thomas Diemer, pr\u00e9sident de Jeunes Agriculteurs, qui cite des  leviers d\u2019action comme un affichage plus clair sur l\u2019origine des  produits, ou encore une sensibilisation r\u00e9elle des responsables locaux. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il y a un d\u00e9calage entre le discours des d\u00e9cideurs politiques et ce que l\u2019on constate sur le terrain<\/em> \u00bb,  regrette lui aussi Xavier Beulin, pr\u00e9sident de la FNSEA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> Autour de la  th\u00e9matique, \u00ab\u00a0deux plats sur trois d\u2019origine fran\u00e7aise\u00a0\u00bb, les deux  syndicats agricoles souhaitent initier une prise de conscience g\u00e9n\u00e9rale  sur le \u00ab\u00a0manger fran\u00e7ais\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: actions coup de poing et p\u00e9dagogie seront  donc au c\u0153ur des d\u00e9marches syndicales qui devront permettre, au terme de  deux mois d\u2019enqu\u00eates, d\u2019\u00e9tablir un bilan sur les pratiques  d\u2019approvisionnements dans les
