contrat qui le liait \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise gestionnaire des  3\u00a0lignes express de la r\u00e9gion grenobloise, le Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a lanc\u00e9  une nouvelle consultation sur la base d&rsquo;un cahier  des charges dont les objectifs \u00e9taient d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les temps de  parcours, de r\u00e9sorber les saturations constat\u00e9es entre Voiron et  Grenoble, et de r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt \u00e0 la charge des contribuables.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">La  nouvelle organisation, fruit d&rsquo;une n\u00e9gociation avec le candidat  laur\u00e9at, permet globalement d&rsquo;atteindre ces objectifs\u00a0: elle diminue les  temps de parcours dans des proportions pouvant atteindre  30\u00a0% sur certains trajets\u00a0; elle augmente le nombre de places de 26\u00a0% en heure de pointe du matin entre Voiron et Grenoble\u00a0; et elle est plus \u00e9conomique de 16\u00a0%  (1,5\u00a0millions d&rsquo;euros \u00e9conomis\u00e9s par an, qui permettent au Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de ne pas augmenter les imp\u00f4ts des Is\u00e9rois pour la 9<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive malgr\u00e9 la hausse des d\u00e9penses de solidarit\u00e9).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Mais elle a suscit\u00e9 une vive r\u00e9action d&rsquo;une partie des usagers qui n&rsquo;y trouvent pas leur compte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Sous  l&rsquo;impulsion de Didier Rambaud, vice-pr\u00e9sident du Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral en  charge des transports, le Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral s&rsquo;est donc rapproch\u00e9 du Pays  du Gr\u00e9sivaudan pour examiner les am\u00e9liorations  qui pourraient \u00eatre apport\u00e9es \u00e0 la nouvelle offre, sans en perdre les  principaux gains.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>A  l&rsquo;issue de leurs \u00e9changes, les deux autorit\u00e9s organisatrices sont  convenues d&rsquo;apporter 3\u00a0am\u00e9liorations aux lignes express, qui seront  effectives d\u00e8s la mise en place de la nouvelle desserte,  le 5\u00a0janvier\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">&#8211;\u00a0un  prolongement de la desserte de Revel et Saint-Jean le vieux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0\u00a0  l&rsquo;arr\u00eat \u00ab\u00a0Dom\u00e8ne les Arnaud\u00a0\u00bb, pour assurer une correspondance avec la  ligne express\u00a0;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">&#8211;\u00a0un renforcement de la desserte de Villard-Bonnot aux arr\u00eats \u00ab\u00a0Lyc\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Madone\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Eglise\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">&#8211;\u00a0le prolongement de 4\u00a0services express jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Tencin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Le  Pays du Gr\u00e9sivaudan adaptera sa desserte entre Tencin et Montbonnot Pr\u00e9  de l\u2019Eau, via Dom\u00e8ne, pour tenir compte des nouvelles conditions  d\u2019organisation de la ligne express.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Une  enqu\u00eate sera men\u00e9e durant le mois de f\u00e9vrier pour \u00e9valuer la  satisfaction des diff\u00e9rents usagers et examiner les \u00e9ventuels  ajustements qui seraient encore n\u00e9cessaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Enfin,  le Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et le Pays du Gr\u00e9sivaudan conviennent d&rsquo;intensifier  leur partenariat pour mieux coordonner les r\u00e9seaux de transport dont ils  ont chacun la responsabilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ils  conviennent \u00e9galement de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019intensifier le partenariat  entre les autorit\u00e9s organisatrices de transport de la R\u00e9gion  Grenobloise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
