{"id":52205,"date":"2015-01-22T18:50:10","date_gmt":"2015-01-22T16:50:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/?p=52205"},"modified":"2015-01-22T18:50:10","modified_gmt":"2015-01-22T16:50:10","slug":"viande-transformee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/2015\/01\/22\/viande-transformee\/","title":{"rendered":"Viande transform\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>La viande utilis\u00e9e comme ingr\u00e9dient dans des aliments  transform\u00e9s, comme les lasagnes, devrait \u00eatre \u00e9tiquet\u00e9e en fonction du  pays d&rsquo;origine, comme c&rsquo;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 le cas pour la viande bovine fra\u00eeche,  selon la commission de l&rsquo;environnement, de la sant\u00e9 publique et de la  s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Elle appelle la Commission, qui a publi\u00e9 un  rapport \u00e0 ce sujet en 2013, \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter de nouvelles propositions  l\u00e9gislatives afin de r\u00e9tablir la confiance des consommateurs apr\u00e8s le  scandale de la viande de cheval.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">La r\u00e9solution, adopt\u00e9e\u00a0 par 48\u00a0voix pour, 15\u00a0voix  contre et 4\u00a0abstentions, invite instamment la Commission europ\u00e9enne \u00e0  faire suite \u00e0 son rapport de 2013 en pr\u00e9sentant de nouvelles  propositions l\u00e9gislatives qui rendraient obligatoire l&rsquo;indication du  pays d&rsquo;origine de la viande utilis\u00e9e dans des aliments transform\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> L&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre la transparence tout au long de la cha\u00eene  alimentaire et de mieux informer les consommateurs europ\u00e9ens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Les d\u00e9put\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens ont rappel\u00e9 leur inqui\u00e9tude face aux  cons\u00e9quences possibles des fraudes alimentaires sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9  alimentaire, sur la confiance et la sant\u00e9 des consommateurs, sur le  fonctionnement de la cha\u00eene alimentaire ainsi que sur le prix des  produits agricoles. Ils ont soulign\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance de restaurer  rapidement la confiance des consommateurs europ\u00e9ens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Informer les consommateurs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Selon le rapport de la Commission europ\u00e9enne, plus de 90%  des consommateurs interrog\u00e9s estiment qu&rsquo;il est important que  l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquette des produits alimentaires transform\u00e9s mentionne l&rsquo;origine de  la viande, font remarquer les d\u00e9put\u00e9s. Il s&rsquo;agit de l&rsquo;un des facteurs  influen\u00e7ant le comportement des consommateurs, ajoutent-ils.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Cons\u00e9quences sur les prix<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Les estimations des cons\u00e9quences possibles sur les prix,  bas\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9sultats de la recherche men\u00e9e par l&rsquo;association de  consommateurs fran\u00e7aise \u00ab\u00a0Que choisir\u00a0\u00bb, divergent fortement des r\u00e9sultats  du rapport de la Commission, soulignent les d\u00e9put\u00e9s. Ils demandent des  indications plus claires. L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation devrait \u00eatre men\u00e9e en coop\u00e9ration  avec les organisations de consommateurs et ne devrait pas retarder les  propositions l\u00e9gislatives, pr\u00e9cisent-ils.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ces propositions devraient permettre aux entreprises  europ\u00e9ennes d&rsquo;op\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re \u00e9conomiquement viable et dans des  conditions compatibles avec le pouvoir d&rsquo;achat des consommateurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Informations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Le 17\u00a0d\u00e9cembre 2013, la Commission europ\u00e9enne a soumis un  rapport au Parlement et au Conseil sur les cons\u00e9quences \u00e9ventuelles  d&rsquo;un \u00e9tiquetage obligatoire du pays d&rsquo;origine ou du lieu de provenance  de la viande utilis\u00e9e comme ingr\u00e9dient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Les d\u00e9put\u00e9s mentionnent que, selon les estimations, en  fonction de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat membre concern\u00e9, 30 \u00e0 50% du volume total de viande  abattue est transform\u00e9e en ingr\u00e9dients carn\u00e9s pour denr\u00e9es alimentaires,  essentiellement en viande hach\u00e9e, pr\u00e9parations carn\u00e9es et autres  produits carn\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Prochaines \u00e9tapes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">La r\u00e9solution sera d\u00e9battue en m\u00eame temps qu&rsquo;une question  orale pos\u00e9e \u00e0 la Commission, et mise aux voix en session pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re en
