Entre le poisson \u00e0 la dauphinoise et flan de butternuts et le<br \/>\npalet breton et sa cr\u00e8me orange ? Outre que ce sont de d\u00e9licieuses recettes<br \/>\nfaciles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, elles sont concoct\u00e9es \u00e0 partir des restes de repas. On les<br \/>\nretrouve dans le livre \u201cOn ne g\u00e2che rien ! Dix recettes de chefs grenoblois\u201d,<br \/>\ndont le lancement est programm\u00e9 le jeudi 26 mars 2015, en pr\u00e9sence de<br \/>\nquelques chefs qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la campagne \u201cmoins jeter, le d\u00e9fi\u201d pilot\u00e9e<br \/>\npar Grenoble-Alpes M\u00e9tropole.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Inciter \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9chets \u00e0 la source<\/strong><br \/>\nApr\u00e8s le d\u00e9fi lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 quarante-deux familles pour diminuer leurs d\u00e9chets m\u00e9nagers,<br \/>\nle livret \u201c le pain, n\u2019en perdez pas une miette\u201d qui d\u00e9livre des trucs et astuces pour<br \/>\naccommoder les reliquats de pain, le livre de dix recettes antigaspi cible les restes des<br \/>\nrepas. Viandes, poissons et m\u00eame les \u00e9pluchures de l\u00e9gumes servent ainsi<br \/>\nd\u2019ingr\u00e9dients pour de nouveaux plats qui mettent nos poubelles au r\u00e9gime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Sensibiliser les habitants au gaspillage alimentaire<\/strong><br \/>\nCar un Fran\u00e7ais jette entre 20 et 30 kg de denr\u00e9es alimentaires chaque ann\u00e9e, dont 7<br \/>\nkg de produits non consomm\u00e9s encore emball\u00e9s, soit 430 euros en moyenne par<br \/>\nfoyer !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Un gaspillage qui a des cons\u00e9quences sur le budget des m\u00e9nages, sur<br \/>\nl\u2019environnement et tout au long de la chaine d\u2019approvisionnement et de la gestion<br \/>\ndes d\u00e9chets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Pour toucher un large public, un jeu concours, en partenariat avec France bleu Is\u00e8re,<br \/>\nest organis\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du 30 mars pendant trois semaines. Les auditeurs d\u00e9poseront<br \/>\nleurs recettes antigaspi sur le site de France bleu Is\u00e8re. Un jury d\u00e9signera la<br \/>\nmeilleure recette antigaspi et son auteur recevra un bon cadeau pour se<br \/>\nperfectionner \u00e0 \u201cl\u2019Atelier des papilles\u201d. 50 autres seront \u00e9galement tir\u00e9es au sort et<br \/>\nr\u00e9compens\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>L\u2019action de la M\u00e9tro<\/strong><br \/>\nLa volont\u00e9 de la M\u00e9tro de limiter les d\u00e9chets \u00e0 la source se traduit au travers de<br \/>\ncinq axes, dont deux sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours (le compostage, la lutte contre le gaspillage<br \/>\nalimentaire) :<br \/>\n\u00b7 Limiter les emballages<br \/>\n\u00b7 Limiter l\u2019usage des produits nocifs<br \/>\n\u00b7 Agir contre le gaspillage alimentaire<br \/>\n\u00b7 D\u00e9velopper le compostage domestique des biod\u00e9chets et des d\u00e9chets v\u00e9g\u00e9taux<br \/>\n\u00b7 Favoriser le r\u00e9emploi et la r\u00e9paration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Le saviez-vous ?<\/strong><br \/>\nLe livre nous apprend qu\u2019il faut plus<br \/>\nde 10 000 litres d\u2019eau pour produire<br \/>\nun kilo de viande de boeuf, 4 900<br \/>\nlitres pour un kilo de porc, 4000<br \/>\nlitres pour un kilo de poulet.
