style=\"font-size: x-small;\">Le               d\u00e9partement de l\u2019Is\u00e8re est plac\u00e9 au niveau de la vigilance               orange pr\u00e9vu par le Plan National Canicule (PNC).<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">Le               Pr\u00e9fet de l\u2019Is\u00e8re a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 le niveau 3 du PNC en lien               avec               l\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">Agence               R\u00e9gionale de Sant\u00e9 (ARS), <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">niveau               qui<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"> correspond \u00e0 une alerte canicule av\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">Les               services de l\u2019\u00c9tat en Is\u00e8re, et notamment les services               sanitaires               ainsi que leurs partenaires <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><strong>sont                 plus que jamais mobilis\u00e9s et vigilants <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">\u00e0               l\u2019\u00e9volution de la situation m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Le             Pr\u00e9fet de l\u2019Is\u00e8re rappelle les conseils simples \u00e0 adopter             par             tous, mais surtout par les personnes fragiles et les plus \u00e0             risques             (personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de plus de 65 ans, personnes handicap\u00e9es ou             malades \u00e0 domicile, personnes d\u00e9pendantes, femmes             enceintes\u2026)             afin de lutter au mieux contre les cons\u00e9quences de la             chaleur :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Buvez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de                 l\u2019eau sans attendre d\u2019avoir soif ;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Rafra\u00eechissez-vous et margin-top: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Evitez de sortir aux                 heures les plus chaudes et passez plusieurs heures par                 jour dans un lieu frais (cin\u00e9ma, biblioth\u00e8que                 municipale, supermarch\u00e9, mus\u00e9e&#8230;) ;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Evitez les efforts                 physiques ;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Maintenez votre                 logement frais (fermez fen\u00eatres et volets la journ\u00e9e,                 ouvrez-les le soir et la nuit s\u2019il fait plus frais)
