{"id":58472,"date":"2015-09-02T20:46:38","date_gmt":"2015-09-02T18:46:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/?p=58472"},"modified":"2015-09-02T20:46:38","modified_gmt":"2015-09-02T18:46:38","slug":"tunnel-du-chambon-tunnel-de-derivation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/2015\/09\/02\/tunnel-du-chambon-tunnel-de-derivation\/","title":{"rendered":"Tunnel du chambon: tunnel de d\u00e9rivation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">D\u00e8s l\u2019arr\u00eat des travaux de r\u00e9paration du tunnel fin juin en raison de l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du glissement de terrain, le D\u00e9partement de l\u2019Is\u00e8re a engag\u00e9 des \u00e9tudes techniques et g\u00e9ologiques pour un r\u00e9tablissement durable et dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais de la RD 1091. 3 sc\u00e9narios ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s :<br \/>\n&#8211; la r\u00e9paration du tunnel au niveau de sa partie effondr\u00e9e (situ\u00e9e sous le glissement) ;<br \/>\n&#8211; le percement d\u2019un tunnel de d\u00e9rivation contournant la zone effondr\u00e9e ;<br \/>\n&#8211; la construction d\u2019un viaduc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Au terme des \u00e9tudes techniques, le D\u00e9partement de l\u2019Is\u00e8re a retenu la solution de percement d\u2019un tunnel de d\u00e9rivation d\u2019une longueur totale de 990 m\u00e8tres, partant du milieu du tunnel existant c\u00f4t\u00e9 Bourg d\u2019Oisans pour se raccorder apr\u00e8s le petit tunnel du Chambon c\u00f4t\u00e9 La Grave. Cette solution consiste \u00e0 s\u2019enfoncer dans le versant pour s\u2019affranchir de la zone de glissement et met en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 cette partie de la RD 1091, tout en permettant le croisement de deux poids lourds. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019ouvrir ce nouveau tunnel \u00e0 la circulation pour la saison hivernale 2016\/2017, calendrier qui reste conditionn\u00e9 aux proc\u00e9dures administratives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">En l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel des \u00e9tudes, cette op\u00e9ration est estim\u00e9e entre 20 et 25 millions d\u2019euros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">La solution de r\u00e9paration du tunnel a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finitivement abandonn\u00e9e car trop al\u00e9atoire dans la ma\u00eetrise des d\u00e9lais et des co\u00fbts et pour une r\u00e9alisation qui imposerait de r\u00e9duire le gabarit du tunnel, ne permettant plus le croisement des v\u00e9hicules sous le tunnel. De plus, cette solution qui consisterait \u00e0 injecter du b\u00e9ton dans la zone effondr\u00e9e pr\u00e9sentait un risque de pollution de la Romanche s\u2019\u00e9coulant en contrebas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">De m\u00eame, la construction d\u2019un viaduc prenant appui dans le lac, a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9cart\u00e9e car trop longue \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre (au moins 3 ans), pr\u00e9sentant des contraintes d\u2019exploitation et pour un co\u00fbt total de pr\u00e8s de 65M\u20ac.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">L\u2019ensemble des mesures prises par le D\u00e9partement pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019urgence du Chambon se chiffre \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 30 M\u20ac. C\u2019est pourquoi, le D\u00e9partement de l\u2019Is\u00e8re fait appel \u00e0 la solidarit\u00e9 de l\u2019Etat qui est acquise, conform\u00e9ment aux engagements pris par le Premier Ministre lors de sa visite sur site le 24 juillet dernier, et \u00e0 celle des R\u00e9gions Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes et Provence Alpes C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur qui se sont largement exprim\u00e9es sur le dossier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">N\u00e9anmoins, dans l\u2019attente d\u2019une r\u00e9ponse des R\u00e9gions concern\u00e9es, le D\u00e9partement continue d\u2019agir et poursuit le projet de r\u00e9alisation du tunnel de d\u00e9rivation pour ne pas perdre de temps. Comme depuis le d\u00e9but de cette crise, le D\u00e9partement cherche \u00e0 faire pr\u00e9valoir l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et ne prendra pas en otage les populations qui vivent une situation dramatique. Il met tout en oeuvre pour apporter une solution p\u00e9renne pour cette partie de la RD1091.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Am\u00e9nagement d\u2019une route de secours en rive gauche<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Engag\u00e9s en juillet dernier, le chantier de la route de secours en rive gauche avance conform\u00e9ment au calendrier pr\u00e9visionnel pour une ouverture pr\u00e9vue fin octobre, sauf al\u00e9as majeurs. 20 \u00e0 30 op\u00e9rateurs travaillent chaque jour sur le site ; le chantier de l\u2019\u00e9peron est aujourd\u2019hui avanc\u00e9 \u00e0 30% et les travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement c\u00f4t\u00e9 Haute-Alpes sont avanc\u00e9s \u00e0 50%. Cette route de secours sera am\u00e9nag\u00e9e de sorte \u00e0 pouvoir absorber le trafic local et fera l\u2019objet de mesures particuli\u00e8res pour les p\u00e9riodes d\u2019affluence touristique (syst\u00e8me d\u2019alternat en sens unique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude). Parall\u00e8lement, un autre itin\u00e9raire d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux Hautes Alpes sera conseill\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Navettes fluviales : mise en service d\u2019un bateau maritime<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Apr\u00e8s la remise en service le 26 ao\u00fbt dernier d\u2019un catamaran de 12 places, le D\u00e9partement de l\u2019Is\u00e8re renforce ce jour le service \u00e0 disposition des habitants riverains du Chambon, par la mise en circulation d\u2019un bateau de type maritime plus rapide (25 km\/h) et disposant de 12 fauteuils en cabine chauff\u00e9e pour le confort des habitants, notamment en cas d\u2019intemp\u00e9ries. Ce dispositif de navettes sera en fonctionnement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019ouverture de la route de secours.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le D\u00e9partement de
