{"id":58492,"date":"2015-09-04T22:14:01","date_gmt":"2015-09-04T20:14:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/?p=58492"},"modified":"2015-09-04T22:14:01","modified_gmt":"2015-09-04T20:14:01","slug":"noix-de-grenoble-reequilibrage-de-la-production","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/2015\/09\/04\/noix-de-grenoble-reequilibrage-de-la-production\/","title":{"rendered":"Noix de Grenoble: r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage de la production"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">La campagne 2014\/2015 a rappel\u00e9 aux professionnels et consommateurs que la Noix de Grenoble est un fruit rare et pr\u00e9cieux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"> La rudesse de l\u2019hiver et les al\u00e9as climatiques de 2014 sont responsables du recul de la production. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Et pourtant, l\u2019investissement \u00e9conomique et humain des nuciculteurs a permis de r\u00e9colter des fruits de qualit\u00e9 et aux ar\u00f4mes des plus raffin\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Une qualit\u00e9 de production en hausse constante<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">En 2014, le ratio \u00ab volume produit AOP \/ volume commercialis\u00e9 AOP \u00bb a atteint un niveau historique. Pr\u00e8s de 83% de la production de vergers qualifi\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 commercialis\u00e9e sous appellation. Ce ratio que l\u2019on nomme Taux de marque se situait en moyenne \u00e0 63,6% sur la p\u00e9riode 2002-2009. Sa progression fulgurante a permis d\u2019atteindre une moyenne de 80,5% entre 2010 et 2014. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">L\u2019appellation est devenue un crit\u00e8re d\u00e9terminant dans le processus d\u2019achat des consommateurs. Quel que soit le conditionnement de la Noix de Grenoble, les labels AOC et AOP sont devenus incontournables.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Sans-titre4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-58493\" title=\"Sans titre\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Sans-titre4.png\" alt=\"Sans titre\" width=\"552\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Sans-titre4.png 552w, https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Sans-titre4-300x163.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 552px) 100vw, 552px\" \/><\/a><\/span><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais : un pilier en Europe<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Avec une production moyenne de 12.350 tonnes sur les dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la Noix de Grenoble repr\u00e9sente un tiers de la production fran\u00e7aise. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Et malgr\u00e9 une r\u00e9colte moins g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse en 2014, le march\u00e9 hexagonal poursuit sa marche en avant. Entre 2011 et 2014, le pourcentage du volume total qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 commercialis\u00e9 en France est pass\u00e9 de 34,9% \u00e0 43,3%.<br \/>\nLa raret\u00e9 des Noix de Grenoble sur la campagne 2014-2015 a durci l\u2019arbitrage entre exportation et commerce int\u00e9rieur, au profit de ce dernier.<br \/>\nLes consommateurs dictent leur volont\u00e9 d\u2019acheter localement des produits de qualit\u00e9 issus d\u2019un terroir identifi\u00e9. Ils ont aussi besoin d\u2019\u00eatre inform\u00e9s sur les lieux de vente pour que le processus d\u2019achat soit facilit\u00e9. Le Comit\u00e9 Interprofessionnel de la Noix de Grenoble a rassembl\u00e9 plus d\u2019une vingtaine d\u2019acteurs de la fili\u00e8re autour du concept \u00ab Vente directe \u2013 La Noix de Grenoble du producteur au consommateur \u00bb. Le grand public peut se rendre<br \/>\ndirectement acheter \u00e0 la ferme ou commander \u00e0 distance.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>La valorisation de la Noix de Grenoble \u00e0 l\u2019export est indispensable<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Apr\u00e8s un cycle de forte augmentation de la production et de l\u2019export entre 2011 et 2013, le recul de 2014 se r\u00e9percute de facto sur le commerce avec les principaux march\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens.<br \/>\nSur la campagne 2014-2015, l\u2019exportation repr\u00e9sente 56,7% du volume commercialis\u00e9. Le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en continue d\u2019\u00eatre un axe de d\u00e9veloppement prioritaire. Nul doute que d\u00e8s 2015, le regain de la production dynamisera l\u2019export et la consommation. C\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 le cas en Italie puisque les campagnes de communication, conduites par le C.I.N.G., ont permis de reprendre la 2\u00e8me place devant l\u2019Allemagne avec 1.402 tonnes commercialis\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Le r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage op\u00e9r\u00e9 sur la campagne 2014-2015 a permis de se recentrer sur le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais, l\u2019un des plus exigeant quant au calibre, \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 gustative et aux vertus de la Noix de Grenoble. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">D\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9tude pr\u00e9visionnelle r\u00e9alis\u00e9e durant la p\u00e9riode estivale, la r\u00e9colte 2015 s\u2019annonce de bon augure, tant au niveau quantitatif que qualitatif. C\u2019est la derni\u00e8re ligne droite avant la r\u00e9colte qui comme chaque est une p\u00e9riode tr\u00e8s attendue.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La campagne
