Cette d\u00e9cision fait suite \u00e0 la mission qu&rsquo;il avait confi\u00e9 en d\u00e9but d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e aux d\u00e9put\u00e9es Bernadette Laclais et<small style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> <\/small>Annie <\/span><\/small><small><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Genevard en vue de l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration d&rsquo;un \u00ab\u00a0Acte II de la loi Montagne\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/small><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.42cm; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><small> <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><small>Remettre \u00e0 plat la loi de 1985, tout en en conservant les fondamentaux, nous semble l&rsquo;occasion exceptionnelle de dessiner une montagne du XXI<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle qui tienne compte des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s des espaces montagnards d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, et nottament :<br \/>\n<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><small><span style=\"color: #111111;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><small>la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">pr\u00e9server et de mettre en valeur<\/span> comme ressources non d\u00e9localisables <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">les patrimoines naturels et culturels, les paysages et les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s des diff\u00e9rents massifs<\/span> ;\n<p><\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><small><span style=\"color: #111111;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><small>la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">pr\u00e9server le foncier et une agriculture elle aussi riche de sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s<\/span> (ce que consacrent par exemple les nombreux AOC des territoires de montagne) ;\n<p><\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><small><span style=\"color: #111111;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><small>la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">int\u00e9grer \u00e0 sa juste valeur<\/span> le fait que dans le domaine du tourisme, <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">les milliers de petits acteurs qui habitent dans toutes les vall\u00e9es et qui les font vivre au jour le jour repr\u00e9sentent un atout touristique d&rsquo;avenir<\/span> et d\u00e9j\u00e0 aujourd&rsquo;hui\u00a0aussi important en chiffre d&rsquo;affaire, que les grosses stations !<br \/>\n<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.42cm; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><small> <span style=\"color: #111111;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><small><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Tout cela en mettant au coeur les enjeux mondiaux li\u00e9s aux changements climatiques et la formidable richesse que repr\u00e9sentent nos territoires pour renouer avec une harmonie Homme\/Nature.<\/span><br \/>\nA la veille de la COP 21 \u00e0 Paris, MW souhaite que ce soit dans cette perspective que la nouvelle loi soit \u00e9labor\u00e9e.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.42cm; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"color: concernant l&rsquo;immobilier de loisir sur la r\u00e9habilitation plut\u00f4t que sur la construction de toujours plus d&rsquo;immeubles
