{"id":59855,"date":"2015-11-15T10:53:37","date_gmt":"2015-11-15T08:53:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/?p=59855"},"modified":"2015-11-15T10:53:37","modified_gmt":"2015-11-15T08:53:37","slug":"tunnel-du-chambon-percement-dun-tunnel-de-derivation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/2015\/11\/15\/tunnel-du-chambon-percement-dun-tunnel-de-derivation\/","title":{"rendered":"Tunnel du Chambon: percement d&rsquo;un tunnel de d\u00e9rivation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>St\u00e9phane BOUILLON, pr\u00e9fet de la r\u00e9gion Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur, pr\u00e9fet coordonnateur de massif a organis\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9fecture de Gap, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Pierre BESNARD, pr\u00e9fet des Hautes-Alpes, une r\u00e9union sur les conditions de r\u00e9tablissement de la RD 1091, axe majeur de circulation entre Grenoble et Brian\u00e7on. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>La fermeture du tunnel du Chambon p\u00e8se en effet lourdement sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 de la haute-Romanche et la vall\u00e9e de la Guisane au-del\u00e0 de la Grave. \u00c0 l\u2019approche de la saison hivernale et en raison du poids de l\u2019\u00e9conomie du ski, il \u00e9tait imp\u00e9ratif de trouver une solution rapide pour l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 de ces territoires.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Cette r\u00e9union de pilotage s\u2019est tenue en pr\u00e9sence de Michel VAUZELLE, Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9gion<br \/>\nProvence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur, \u00c9liane GIRAUD, vice-pr\u00e9sidente de la R\u00e9gion Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes repr\u00e9sentant<br \/>\nJean Jack QUEYRANNE, Jean-Paul BONNETAIN, pr\u00e9fet de l&rsquo;Is\u00e8re, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique PUISSAT, 1\u00e8re vicepr\u00e9sidente<br \/>\ndu Conseil d\u00e9partemental de l\u2019Is\u00e8re, repr\u00e9sentant Jean-Pierre BARBIER et Jean-Marie<br \/>\nBERNARD, Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d\u00e9partemental des Hautes-Alpes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Un point de situation a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait sur les \u00e9tudes men\u00e9es par le conseil d\u00e9partemental de l\u2019Is\u00e8re avec le<br \/>\nsoutien actif du pr\u00e9fet de l&rsquo;Is\u00e8re, et de ses services. Cet \u00e9change a permis d\u2019adopter plusieurs<br \/>\nd\u00e9cisions :<br \/>\n\u2212 Face aux incertitudes sur la poursuite du glissement de terrain et afin de remettre en circulation la<br \/>\nRD 1091 avant la saison hivernale 2016\/2017, l\u2019option de percement d\u2019un tunnel de d\u00e9rivation a \u00e9t\u00e9<br \/>\nretenue. Ainsi, l\u2019axe interr\u00e9gional, mais aussi de liaison avec l\u2019Italie sera r\u00e9tabli ;<br \/>\n\u2212 Face aux enjeux \u00e9conomiques li\u00e9s au tunnel du Chambon, tant pour la population locale que pour<br \/>\nl\u2019\u00e9conomie touristique, l\u2019\u00c9tat, la R\u00e9gion Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes et la R\u00e9gion Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur ont<br \/>\nd\u00e9cid\u00e9, \u00e0 titre exceptionnel, de participer au financement des travaux port\u00e9s par le D\u00e9partement de<br \/>\nl\u2019Is\u00e8re de l\u2019ordre de 33M\u20ac HT: percement du tunnel de d\u00e9rivation et, dans l\u2019attente, ouverture d\u2019une<br \/>\nroute de secours qui sera mise en service d\u2019ici la fin du mois de novembre. Ces d\u00e9lais sont<br \/>\nexceptionnellement courts compte-tenu de la nature des travaux \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Ils sont le fruit de la forte<br \/>\nmobilisation et de la solidarit\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble des partenaires aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du Conseil d\u00e9partemental<br \/>\nde l\u2019Is\u00e8re ;<br \/>\n\u2212 Pour anticiper d\u2019\u00e9ventuels \u00e9v\u00e9nements futurs similaires portant atteinte \u00e0 l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 du massif<br \/>\nalpin, une \u00e9tude sera port\u00e9e par les D\u00e9partements de l\u2019Is\u00e8re et des Hautes-Alpes visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer<br \/>\nla connaissance des risques de coupure, mettre en oeuvre des dispositifs de suivi des al\u00e9as,<br \/>\nanticiper les mesures alternatives et d\u00e9finir un programme de travaux prioritaires. L\u2019\u00c9tat, les<br \/>\nR\u00e9gions Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes et Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur cofinanceront aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des 2 D\u00e9partements<br \/>\ncette \u00e9tude de l\u2019ordre
