La personne choisie pour voter est d\u00e9sign\u00e9e librement, mais           doit           respecter certaines conditions. La d\u00e9marche s&rsquo;effectue au           commissariat, \u00e0 la gendarmerie, au tribunal d&rsquo;instance ou           aupr\u00e8s           des autorit\u00e9s consulaires. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"background: #0084d1 none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">Choix             du mandataire<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-right: 0.05cm; margin-top: 0cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2;\" lang=\"fr-FR\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">La           personne qui donne procuration (le mandant) d\u00e9signe librement           la           personne qui votera \u00e0 sa place (le mandataire). Le mandataire           doit           toutefois r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 2 conditions : \u00eatre inscrit dans la m\u00eame           commune que son mandant et ne pas avoir re\u00e7u d&rsquo;autre           procuration en           France. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\" lang=\"fr-FR\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><em>Inscription dans la m\u00eame commune <\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\">: le mandataire doit \u00eatre inscrit sur les listes               \u00e9lectorales de la m\u00eame commune que le mandant, mais pas               forc\u00e9ment \u00eatre \u00e9lecteur du m\u00eame bureau de vote, ni du m\u00eame               arrondissement. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\" lang=\"fr-FR\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><em>Nombre limit\u00e9 de procuration<\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\"> : le jour du scrutin, le mandataire qui vote en               France <\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">ne <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\">peut               d\u00e9tenir <\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">qu\u2019u<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\">ne seule               procuration \u00e9tablie en France. Il peut recevoir 2               procurations maximum si au moins l&rsquo;une de ces procurations               a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablie \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"background: #0084d1 none repeat scroll 0% 0%;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">Motif             de l&rsquo;absence<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2;\" lang=\"fr-FR\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Le           mandant indique les raisons de son absence par une simple           d\u00e9claration           sur l&rsquo;honneur pr\u00e9vue sur le formulaire. Il n&rsquo;a pas \u00e0 apporter           de           justificatif suppl\u00e9mentaire. Ce               formulaire inclut une attestation sur l&rsquo;honneur               mentionnant le motif de l&#8217;emp\u00eachement. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: -0.03cm; margin-right: 0cm;       margin-top: 0cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2;\" lang=\"fr-FR\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Le           mandant peut remplir en ligne et imprimer le formulaire cerfa           n\u00b014952*01 (<\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">www.service-public.fr<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\">)           qu&rsquo;il pr\u00e9sentera au guichet. Il peut aussi utiliser le           formulaire           cartonn\u00e9 disponible sur place <\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">aupr\u00e8s             des autorit\u00e9s vis\u00e9es ci-dessus. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Dans quels                     d\u00e9lais\u00a0?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm; widows: 2; orphans: 2;\" lang=\"fr-FR\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Les           d\u00e9marches doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es le plus t\u00f4t possible pour           tenir           compte des d\u00e9lais d&rsquo;acheminement et de traitement de la           procuration           en mairie. Il est <\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">\u00e9galement <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\">possible           de choisir le m\u00eame mandataire pour les deux tours<\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"> d\u2019une \u00e9l<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\">ection           ou bien un mandataire diff\u00e9rent pour chaque tour.<\/span><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\" lang=\"fr-FR\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Pour une dur\u00e9e limit\u00e9e<\/strong> : La           procuration peut aussi \u00eatre \u00e9tablie pour une dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e           d\u2019un an maximum (trois ans pour les fran\u00e7ais r\u00e9sidant \u00e0           l\u2019\u00e9tranger).
