{"id":62839,"date":"2016-05-17T19:10:10","date_gmt":"2016-05-17T17:10:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/?p=62839"},"modified":"2016-05-17T19:10:10","modified_gmt":"2016-05-17T17:10:10","slug":"soutenir-et-valoriser-le-marche-du-lait","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/2016\/05\/17\/soutenir-et-valoriser-le-marche-du-lait\/","title":{"rendered":"SOUTENIR ET VALORISER LE MARCH\u00c9 DU LAIT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <strong>\u00c0 quelques jours de la Journ\u00e9e Mondiale du Lait, organis\u00e9e le 1<sup>er<\/sup> juin, la fili\u00e8re fran\u00e7aise du lait de consommation dresse le bilan de son activit\u00e9 et pr\u00e9sente son plan d\u2019action pour 2016.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>En  2015, les laiteries fran\u00e7aises ont produit pr\u00e8s de 3,38\u00a0milliards de  tonnes de lait de consommation, soit -2,4% par rapport \u00e0 2014<a href=\"mailbox:\/\/\/Users\/gilbert\/Library\/Thunderbird\/Profiles\/dvdzngs0.default\/Mail\/mail.gandi.net\/Inbox?number=3120736246#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> et les Fran\u00e7ais en ont consomm\u00e9 environ 51 litres par habitant sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e<a href=\"mailbox:\/\/\/Users\/gilbert\/Library\/Thunderbird\/Profiles\/dvdzngs0.default\/Mail\/mail.gandi.net\/Inbox?number=3120736246#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong> Ils en ont achet\u00e9 2,6\u00a0milliards de litres en grande distribution, soit -2,5% par rapport \u00e0 2014<a href=\"mailbox:\/\/\/Users\/gilbert\/Library\/Thunderbird\/Profiles\/dvdzngs0.default\/Mail\/mail.gandi.net\/Inbox?number=3120736246#_ftn3\">[3]<\/a>.  Le contexte national reste donc difficile pour les professionnels, qui  doivent faire face au ralentissement de la consommation \u2013 en particulier  li\u00e9 au d\u00e9clin du petit-d\u00e9jeuner \u2013 et \u00e0 la hausse incessante des  importations (+12,8% en volume en 2015 vs 2014<a href=\"mailbox:\/\/\/Users\/gilbert\/Library\/Thunderbird\/Profiles\/dvdzngs0.default\/Mail\/mail.gandi.net\/Inbox?number=3120736246#_ftn4\">[4]<\/a>).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Mais  les professionnels ont des opportunit\u00e9s \u00e0 saisir \u00e0 l\u2019international.  Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande mondiale croissante, ils peuvent compter sur  l\u2019excellence de leur fili\u00e8re, bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019expertise des \u00e9leveurs  fran\u00e7ais et les technologies de pointe des laiteries. Avec des pays  \u00e9mergents largement d\u00e9ficitaires en produits laitiers, le march\u00e9 mondial  progresse en effet en moyenne de +2% \u00e0 +2,5% chaque ann\u00e9e depuis 10 ans  (hors crise \u00e9conomique de 2009)<a href=\"mailbox:\/\/\/Users\/gilbert\/Library\/Thunderbird\/Profiles\/dvdzngs0.default\/Mail\/mail.gandi.net\/Inbox?number=3120736246#_ftn5\">[5]<\/a>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong> Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une belle opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement pour la fili\u00e8re  fran\u00e7aise du lait de consommation, qui a de nombreux atouts \u00e0 <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-62840\" title=\"Sans titre\" src=\"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Sans-titre1-300x239.png\" alt=\"Sans titre\" width=\"300\" height=\"239\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Sans-titre1-300x239.png 300w, https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Sans-titre1.png 357w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>faire  valoir sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale. Elle propose en effet un produit de  haute qualit\u00e9, trac\u00e9 et strictement contr\u00f4l\u00e9, permettant aux  consommateurs internationaux de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un lait d\u2019exception auquel  ils peuvent accorder leur confiance.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>La fili\u00e8re du lait de consommation mobilis\u00e9e sur tous les fronts<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Pour  faire conna\u00eetre tous les atouts du lait de consommation fran\u00e7ais, tant  aux consommateurs hexagonaux qu\u2019internationaux, la fili\u00e8re a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de  mener de nombreuses op\u00e9rations d\u2019informations et de miser sur la  transparence. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Les  professionnels cr\u00e9ent notamment une Charte d\u2019engagement transparente et  exigeante li\u00e9e au logo \u00ab\u00a0Lait collect\u00e9 et conditionn\u00e9 en France\u00a0\u00bb. Il  s\u2019agit de consolider les garanties offertes par ce point de rep\u00e8re, d\u00e9j\u00e0  pr\u00e9sent sur plus de 50% des laits de consommation du march\u00e9, un an et  demi seulement apr\u00e8s son lancement. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Cette mobilisation pour la transparence s\u2019illustre \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la 3<sup>e<\/sup> Journ\u00e9e Mondiale du Lait.
