Fatigu\u00e9s de la situation de saturation, ceux-ci demandent des modes de transports multimodaux. Au premier plan de leurs besoins la modernisation de la ligne de train entre Lyon et Grenoble ainsi que l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de l\u2019A480.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Une d\u00e9gradation des conditions de d\u00e9placement des Is\u00e9rois : trop de bouchons<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Les habitants de l\u2019aire urbaine de Grenoble se montrent critiques \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des conditions de d\u00e9placement dont ils disposent aujourd\u2019hui. La perte de qualit\u00e9 est soulign\u00e9e par la majorit\u00e9 : 59% des interview\u00e9s estiment que ces conditions se sont d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9es au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<br \/>\n&#8211; La circulation au sein de l\u2019aire urbaine de Grenoble est au coeur des probl\u00e8mes de d\u00e9placement identifi\u00e9s. 75% des personnes interrog\u00e9es estiment que les embouteillages constituent un vrai probl\u00e8me quotidien que les collectivit\u00e9s doivent traiter.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ces impacts sont ressentis par une part importante de la population, et notamment dans les communes p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques, qui se sentent concern\u00e9es par ces probl\u00e8mes de mobilit\u00e9 (48% contre 33% \u00e0 Grenoble).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Les solutions pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9es par les habitants : des modes de transports multimodaux<\/strong><br \/>\nPour venir \u00e0 bout de ces probl\u00e8mes de circulation, plusieurs solutions sont pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9es :<br \/>\n&#8211; Les projets d\u2019am\u00e9nagement de l\u2019A480 et du Rondeau recueillent l\u2019adh\u00e9sion d\u2019une large majorit\u00e9 : 86% y sont favorables.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">&#8211; Les r\u00e9seaux de transports en commun b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une bonne image mais m\u00e9riteraient d\u2019\u00eatre repens\u00e9s. Les habitants veulent un r\u00e9seau de transports collectifs plus dense, plus efficace et plus accessible. 23% d\u00e9clarent ainsi spontan\u00e9ment qu\u2019il faudrait augmenter la fr\u00e9quence de passage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Le TER comme le car apparaissent comme des solutions \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper.<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Sp\u00e9cifiquement sur le rail, la r\u00e9alisation de travaux sur la ligne de TER Lyon-Bourgoin-Voiron Grenoble serait ainsi jug\u00e9e b\u00e9n\u00e9fique \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux. Ces travaux permettraient \u00e0 la ligne de gagner en r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 (95%), et en vitesse (92%). En plus de la ligne de TER, la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des interview\u00e9s (92%) estime que la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une ligne LGV Lyon-Grenoble serait une bonne id\u00e9e.<br \/>\n&#8211; D\u2019autres modes de transport comme le covoiturage sont \u00e9galement appuy\u00e9s par les citoyens qui y voient une solution de transport int\u00e9ressante pour fluidifier le trafic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00ab Les rendez-vous de la mobilit\u00e9 avaient pour but de prendre le pouls de la population, confirm\u00e9 par ce sondage. Nous avons d\u00e9sormais des attentes \u00e0 transformer en projets concrets. Ces orientations feront l\u2019objet de d\u00e9bats au D\u00e9partement d\u00e8s septembre. \u00bb, explique Jean-Claude Peyrin, Vice-Pr\u00e9sident du D\u00e9partement de l\u2019Is\u00e8re charg\u00e9 des transports et de la mobilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>M\u00e9thodologie de l\u2019\u00e9tude<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e9tude \u00ab La mobilit\u00e9 dans l\u2019aire urbaine de Grenoble \u00bb r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pour le D\u00e9partement de l\u2019Is\u00e8re, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un \u00e9chantillon de 1 007 personnes, repr\u00e9sentatif de la population habitant l\u2019aire urbaine de Grenoble \u00e2g\u00e9e de 18 ans et plus. L\u2019\u00e9chantillon a \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9 selon la m\u00e9thode des quotas, au regard des crit\u00e8res de sexe, d\u2019\u00e2ge, de cat\u00e9gorie socioprofessionnelle, de cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019agglom\u00e9ration et du lieu d\u2019habitation.
