Cette r\u00e9alisation  permet de s\u00e9curiser la route RD 1091 entre Grenoble  et Brian\u00e7on, menac\u00e9e par un risque d\u2019\u00e9boulement au niveau de  Saint-Barth\u00e9l\u00e9my-de-S\u00e9chilienne. D\u2019un montant de 30 millions d\u2019euros,  financ\u00e9s \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 75% par le D\u00e9partement, ce chantier a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 des  exigences environnementales \u00e9lev\u00e9es, notamment en pr\u00e9servant  le cours de la Romanche. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>L\u2019inauguration  illustre la capacit\u00e9 du D\u00e9partement \u00e0 mener des chantiers d\u2019envergure  pour la modernisation des infrastructures routi\u00e8res du territoire. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <strong>Une d\u00e9viation devenue indispensable pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des populations<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Surplomb\u00e9e par des massifs instables  (Mont-Sec), la route risquait un \u00e9boulement de 3 millions de m3 de  roches capables d\u2019obstruer le lit de la rivi\u00e8re La Romanche et recouvrir  la route. D\u00e8s lors, selon les analyses g\u00e9ologiques,  des travaux \u00e9taient devenus imp\u00e9ratifs pour s\u00e9curiser la circulation  sur la route.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Le D\u00e9partement a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame ce  chantier d\u2019envergure qui a dur\u00e9 3 ans, avec l\u2019aide financi\u00e8re de l\u2019Etat  et de l\u2019Europe (FEDER, Fonds europ\u00e9en de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et  r\u00e9gional). Au terme des travaux, la plate-forme routi\u00e8re  de la RD1091 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9plac\u00e9e sur les flancs du Mont Falcon, en \u00e9tant\u00a0  rehauss\u00e9e de 30 m\u00e8tres pour se mettre hors de port\u00e9e des chutes de  blocs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> La nouvelle route d\u2019une longueur d\u2019environ un kilom\u00e8tre comprend  un cr\u00e9neau de d\u00e9passement \u00e0 2X2 voies dans chaque  sens sur environ 600 m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019Oisans est une zone extr\u00eamement  touristique qu\u2019il est capital de relier correctement. Nous y \u0153uvrons  tous les jours et modernisons rapidement cette route pour une  circulation s\u00e9curis\u00e9e et ais\u00e9e. C\u2019est un investissement tr\u00e8s  important que le D\u00e9partement continuera d\u2019assumer.\u00a0\u00bb, <\/em>affirme Jean-Pierre Barbier, Pr\u00e9sident du D\u00e9partement de l\u2019Is\u00e8re.<em> <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <strong>Un chantier technique int\u00e9grant des exigences environnementales <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">L\u2019\u00e9boulement rocheux devant avoir un impact  sur l\u2019\u00e9coulement de la Romanche, des actions vis-\u00e0-vis du risque  hydraulique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es en lien avec le Syndicat mixte des bassins  hydrauliques de l\u2019Is\u00e8re (Symbhi). Ces mesures ont  pour but de ne pas perturber le cours d\u2019eau et comprennent\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00b7 la mise en place d\u2019enrochements pour prot\u00e9ger les talus de remblais contre l\u2019\u00e9rosion de l\u2019eau<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00b7 la r\u00e9alisation \u00e0 l\u2019aval de la d\u00e9viation d\u2019un ouvrage d\u2019art en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 de 20 m d\u2019ouverture permettant l\u2019\u00e9coulement de l\u2019eau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">La  nouvelle plate-forme routi\u00e8re comprend aussi un r\u00e9seau de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration  des eaux pluviales. Les eaux capt\u00e9es sont ensuite \u00e9vacu\u00e9es vers deux  bassins de traitement avant leur rejet dans la Romanche.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">D\u2019autres  am\u00e9nagements ont eu lieu pour int\u00e9grer la nouvelle route dans l\u2019espace.  Ainsi, les remblais de la d\u00e9viation ont permis d\u2019enfouir des r\u00e9seaux  \u00e9lectriques et de supprimer \u00e0 terme la plupart  des lignes a\u00e9riennes. L\u2019ancienne route sera compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9molie d\u2019ici  le printemps 2017 et des am\u00e9nagements paysagers avec diverses  plantations seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <strong>Le r\u00f4le du D\u00e9partement pour des infrastructures routi\u00e8res de qualit\u00e9 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Les travaux de la d\u00e9viation des ruines de  S\u00e9chilienne attestent de l\u2019engagement du D\u00e9partement en mati\u00e8re  d\u2019infrastructures routi\u00e8res. Le D\u00e9partement continue d\u2019agir au quotidien  pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des populations et la liaison entre  ses territoires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Au-del\u00e0 de S\u00e9chilienne, d\u2019autres chantiers  illustrent ce dynamisme, comme au tunnel du Chambon, o\u00f9 les travaux  progressent vite, ou encore sur la route de la B\u00e9rarde r\u00e9cemment  r\u00e9ouverte pleinement \u00e0 la circulation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Le D\u00e9partement de l\u2019Is\u00e8re a plus largement  engag\u00e9 un programme pluriannuel d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019Oisans  depuis Grenoble, visant \u00e0 supprimer les points de blocage de l\u2019axe et  fluidifier la circulation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce mardi 19 juillet \u00e9tait inaugur\u00e9e la d\u00e9viation des ruines de S\u00e9chilienne, d\u00e9sormais ouverte \u00e0 la circulation.
