{"id":67804,"date":"2017-02-06T22:31:32","date_gmt":"2017-02-06T20:31:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/staging.sillon38.com\/?p=67804"},"modified":"2017-02-06T22:31:32","modified_gmt":"2017-02-06T20:31:32","slug":"technicentre-metrovelo-sassenage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sillon38.com\/blog\/2017\/02\/06\/technicentre-metrovelo-sassenage\/","title":{"rendered":"TECHNICENTRE M\u00c9TROV\u00c9LO SASSENAGE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Lanc\u00e9 en 2004, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque du d\u00e9veloppement m\u00e9diatis\u00e9 des premiers services de v\u00e9lo en libre-service (V\u00e9lib \u00e0 Paris, V\u00e9lov \u00e0 Lyon), exploit\u00e9 depuis 2015 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 V\u00e9logik pour le compte de la M\u00e9tropole, M\u00e9trov\u00e9lo propose aux usagers un parc de v\u00e9lo en constante augmentation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, 7 000 v\u00e9los jaunes circulent aujourd\u2019hui sur la M\u00e9tropole grenobloise avec un objectif de 9 000 v\u00e9los pour 2020. M\u00e9trov\u00e9lo demeure ainsi le premier service de location de v\u00e9lo de province en nombre de v\u00e9los.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">M\u00e9trov\u00e9lo renforce r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement son offre de service en proposant des<br \/>\ntandems, des porteurs v\u00e9lo, des cycles enfants, ainsi que des v\u00e9los pliables<br \/>\net compacts.<br \/>\nLa fr\u00e9quentation du service ne cesse d\u2019augmenter depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, comme<br \/>\nl\u2019atteste le nombre de journ\u00e9es de location en agence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ce succ\u00e8s, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une sympathie largement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e autour du<br \/>\nv\u00e9lo jaune grenoblois, peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un des fers de lance de<br \/>\nl\u2019augmentation tr\u00e8s rapide de l\u2019usage du cycle dans le M\u00e9tropole Grenobloise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Un technicentre M\u00e9trov\u00e9lo pour plus d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 encore<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Ainsi, afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer encore la qualit\u00e9 et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du service rendu<br \/>\npar M\u00e9trov\u00e9lo, les \u00e9lus du Conseil m\u00e9tropolitain ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de construire<br \/>\nun centre technique M\u00e9trov\u00e9lo \u00e0 Sassenage regroupant les deux sites<br \/>\naujourd\u2019hui essaim\u00e9s \u00e0 la gare de Grenoble et \u00e0 Seyssinet-Pariset. Ce<br \/>\ncentre permettra d\u2019accueillir l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9quipes de M\u00e9trov\u00e9lo, tout en<br \/>\nconservant les deux agences commerciales de la gare de Grenoble et du<br \/>\nCampus de Saint-Martin-d\u2019H\u00e8res afin de garder la proximit\u00e9 de relation avec<br \/>\nles usagers.<br \/>\nLanc\u00e9s en d\u00e9cembre 2016, les travaux s\u2019ach\u00e8veront en juillet prochain pour<br \/>\nune mise en service d\u00e8s la rentr\u00e9e 2017. Le centre technique sera compos\u00e9<br \/>\nd\u2019un atelier de 275 m2 d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration et \u00e0 l\u2019entretien des cycles, de<br \/>\nlocaux administratifs de 120 m2 et d\u2019un espace de stockage de 830 m2, soit en<br \/>\nd\u00e9finitive un b\u00e2timent de 1 400 m2 environ.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Un investissement exemplaire et \u00e9conome<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">&#8211; Un retour sur investissement \u00e0 court terme<br \/>\nLe montant global de l\u2019op\u00e9ration repr\u00e9sente 1 million d\u2019euros financ\u00e9 pour<br \/>\nmoiti\u00e9 par la R\u00e9gion Auvergne Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes et pour moiti\u00e9 par la M\u00e9tropole. Un<br \/>\nco\u00fbt \u00e0 mettre en lien avec les 125 000 euros de frais de location et de charges<br \/>\ndu site de Seyssinet qui accueille actuellement l\u2019atelier central ainsi qu\u2019un<br \/>\nespace de stockage de M\u00e9trov\u00e9lo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">&#8211;\u00a0 Une seconde vie pour un site d\u00e9sormais inexploit\u00e9<br \/>\nLe Technicentre M\u00e9trov\u00e9lo est construit sur une parcelle mise \u00e0 disposition<br \/>\npar le SMTC moyennant une redevance annuelle d\u2019un euro symbolique.<br \/>\nLe terrain concern\u00e9 dispose notamment d\u2019une grande halle qui servait<br \/>\nd\u2019extension pour le remisage des bus et qui n\u2019est plus exploit\u00e9e avec la mise<br \/>\nen service de la ligne de tramway E et l\u2019optimisation du r\u00e9seau de bus. Le<br \/>\ntechnicentre M\u00e9trov\u00e9lo est construit sous cette toiture existante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">&#8211; Un b\u00e2timent \u00e9cologique<br \/>\nLe r\u00e9emploi de cette toiture permet de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de construction,<br \/>\nd\u2019\u00e9conomiser la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re de couverture et de doter le futur b\u00e2timent<br \/>\nd\u2019un \u00e9clairage naturel. Conception bioclimatique, b\u00e2timent \u00e0 ossature bois,<br \/>\nsobri\u00e9t\u00e9 dans le dimensionnement de l\u2019\u00e9quipement, barri\u00e8re brise-vent<br \/>\nv\u00e9g\u00e9tale pour prot\u00e9ger les v\u00e9los dans la zone de stockage, ce b\u00e2timent fait<br \/>\nfigure d\u2019exemple en terme de qualit\u00e9s environnementales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">S\u2019inspirant de la circularit\u00e9 d\u2019une roue de v\u00e9lo, le b\u00e2timent sera compact et<br \/>\nfonctionnel et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec un souci d\u2019\u00e9conomie d\u2019espace, minimisant ainsi les frais<br \/>\nde fonctionnement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Un projet t\u00e9moin d\u2019un engagement fort de la collectivit\u00e9<br \/>\nen faveur du v\u00e9lo et des modes doux<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Le Technicentre M\u00e9trov\u00e9lo s\u2019inscrit dans une politique cyclable ambitieuse<br \/>\nd\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e en 2014 par la M\u00e9tropole. Cette politique, qui ambitionne notamment de<br \/>\ntripler la part du v\u00e9lo d\u2019ici 2020, s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des dimensions de l\u2019usage<br \/>\ndu cycle. Le plan d\u2019actions 2015-2020 se d\u00e9cline effectivement en quatre volets :<br \/>\nam\u00e9nagements de voiries, stationnement des cycles, services v\u00e9los et incitation<br \/>\naux changements de comportements.<br \/>\nAussi, la collectivit\u00e9 consacre chaque ann\u00e9e un budget annuel de pr\u00e8s<br \/>\nde 6 millions d\u2019euros en faveur de la politique cyclable.<br \/>\nPlusieurs projets pr\u00e9figurent la r\u00e9ussite et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de cette politique cyclable<br \/>\nsur le long terme.<br \/>\nLes premiers tron\u00e7ons du r\u00e9seau cyclable structurant m\u00e9tropolitain ont<br \/>\nnotamment vu le jour en 2016 comme sur les rues Camille Desmoulins et Lanoyerie<br \/>\n\u00e0 Grenoble. Une exp\u00e9rimentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e sur la signalisation de ce r\u00e9seau<br \/>\n\u00e9galement.<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9alisation du projet Coeurs de Ville\/Coeurs de M\u00e9tropole Grenoble est aussi un<br \/>\n\u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel pour l\u2019avenir de la pratique du v\u00e9lo, tout comme la d\u00e9marche<br \/>\nde M\u00e9tropole apais\u00e9e dans laquelle 43 communes de la M\u00e9tropole sont engag\u00e9es<br \/>\naujourd\u2019hui.<br \/>\nComp\u00e9tente d\u00e9sormais en mati\u00e8re de voirie et d\u2019espaces publics, la collectivit\u00e9<br \/>\nrenforce \u00e9galement son action en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement des stationnements<br \/>\ncycles sur l\u2019ensemble de la M\u00e9tropole, en compl\u00e9ment des consignes collectives<br \/>\nd\u00e9ploy\u00e9es sur les principaux p\u00f4les d\u2019\u00e9changes et, d\u00e8s 2018, sur la Presqu\u2019ile<br \/>\nscientifique.<br \/>\nEnfin, les initiatives men\u00e9es dans le cadre du Plan de D\u00e9placements Urbains<br \/>\nhorizon 2030 du SMTC, ainsi que le futur sch\u00e9ma de mobilit\u00e9 grand sud sont<br \/>\nautant de compl\u00e9ments apport\u00e9s \u00e0 une politique de d\u00e9placement encourageant<br \/>\nau maximum les d\u00e9placements non polluants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a
