C&rsquo;est ce qui ressort d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude statistique publi\u00e9e par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Nationale interprofessionnelle des vins de l&rsquo;agriculture biologique.<\/p>\n<p>En voici les grandes lignes.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Les surfaces <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Forte progression des surfaces<\/p>\n<p>Dans un contexte de diminution des surfaces viticoles fran\u00e7aises, les surfaces en Bio sont en forte progression avec une augmentation de 20% en 2007 et de 25% en 2008 soit quasiment 50% d&rsquo;augmentation en 2 ans.<\/p>\n<p>En 2008, les surfaces en mode de production Bio \u00e9taient de plus de 28\u00a0000ha<\/p>\n<p>Cela repr\u00e9sente 3,3% du vignoble fran\u00e7ais avec des variantes significatives par r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">La progression des R\u00e9gions<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9gions qui ont la progression la plus forte de surfaces en Bio sont\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Languedoc-Roussillon\u00a0: 8 337 ha vigne Bio en 2008, soit\u00a0 + 36% par rapport \u00e0 2007<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d\ufffdAzur\u00a0: 6674 ha de vigne Bio, soit \u00a0+26,1% par rapport \u00e0 2007<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Aquitaine\u00a0: 3763 ha de vigne Bio, soit +22,8% par rapport \u00e0 2007<\/p>\n<p>Ces 3 r\u00e9gions repr\u00e9sentent les 2\/3 des surfaces en vigne certifi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Le nombre de viticulteurs Bio en France <\/span><\/p>\n<p>En 2007\u00a0: Ce sont 1907 viticulteurs, soit une progression de +16% par rapport \u00e0 2006.<\/p>\n<p>En 2008\u00a0: Ce sont 2 301 viticulteurs, soit une progression de + 21% par rapport \u00e0 2007.<\/p>\n<p>En 2009\u00a0: On vise les 2 500 viticulteurs, soit + 8% par rapport \u00e0 2008.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Activit\u00e9 du march\u00e9<\/span><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est un secteur tr\u00e8s dynamique.<\/p>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 des \u00ab\u00a0vins Bio\u00a0\u00bb repr\u00e9sente 10% des ventes (en valeur) des produits Bio en France, soit 254 millions d&rsquo;euros en 2008. Les ventes entre 2005 et 2008 ont progress\u00e9 de 34%.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Les diff\u00e9rents circuits de distribution\u00a0en France<\/span><\/p>\n<p>34 % en magasin sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 Bio<\/p>\n<p>33% par vente directe<\/p>\n<p>20% en grande et moyenne surface<\/p>\n<p>13 % en commerce de proximit\u00e9<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Une Forte Exportation<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Une part importante des \u00ab\u00a0vins Bio\u00a0\u00bb est export\u00e9e, environ 70%.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Attrait du consommateur <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Int\u00e9r\u00eat fort de la part des consommateurs<\/p>\n<p>11% des consommateurs de produits Bio ach\u00e8tent du \u00ab\u00a0vin Bio\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ce pourcentage est en constante progression depuis 2006 (6%).<\/p>\n<p>29% des consommateurs de \u00ab\u00a0vin Bio\u00a0\u00bb ach\u00e8tent du \u00ab\u00a0vin Bio\u00a0\u00bb depuis moins d&rsquo;un an et ce pourcentage est en forte progression depuis 2007 (7%).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Le profil du Consommateur<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le \u00ab\u00a0vin Bio\u00a0\u00bb est le produit Bio qui recrute le plus de nouveaux consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les consommateurs de \u00ab\u00a0vin Bio\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; pour 71% le \u00ab\u00a0Vin Bio\u00a0\u00bb est \u00a0moins de la moiti\u00e9 de leur consommation de vin.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; pour 14% le Vin Bio est plus de la moiti\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; pour 11% le Vin Bio est la totalit\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>En 2006, 29% des consommateurs de vin Bio consommaient uniquement du \u00ab\u00a0vin Bio\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Lieu d&rsquo;achat des vins Bio<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les Consommateurs d\u00e9clarent acheter leur \u00ab\u00a0vin Bio\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 raison de :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 25% en GMS,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 21% en magasin sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 14% chez le viticulteur<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 9% chez un caviste.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 8% au march\u00e9<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">La consommation est en progression <\/span><\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne leur consommation de \u00ab\u00a0vin Bio\u00a0\u00bb, 9% des consommateurs souhaitent l&rsquo;augmenter (vs 7% en 2006 et 2007).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;offre dans les rayons<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En 2006, 8% des consommateurs trouvaient qu&rsquo;il est difficile de trouver du \u00ab\u00a0vin Bio\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En 2008, 2% seulement des consommateurs ont une difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver du \u00ab\u00a0vin Bio\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Les \u00ab\u00a0Vins Bio\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 recrutent de nouveaux consommateurs,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 sont plut\u00f4t consomm\u00e9s occasionnellement,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 se trouvent facilement dans les lieux de vente.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">En conclusion, voila une fili\u00e8re qui conna\u00eet\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>* un fort d\u00e9veloppement<\/p>\n<p>* un march\u00e9 en constante progression<\/p>\n<p>* et un int\u00e9r\u00eat fort de la part des consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Pour plus de renseignements:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fnivab.org\/\">www.fnivab.org<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les viticulteurs fran\u00e7ais sont chaque ann\u00e9e plus nombreux \u00e0 s\u2019orienter vers le mode de production biologique.
